Canada Hotel

The pool and surrounding area was quite pleasant, with good staff. The owner was Canadian so there were no language difficutlies and she was very helpful.

Hotel is on a straight section of road after a long winding section, the road was less than 3 metres from the bedroom window, and there was noisy traffic all through the night. Room was smaller than expected with double bed hard against the side wall, sheets were torn at the corners and didn't fit the double bed, there were water stains on the bathroom ceiling, rooms were not cleaned daily. Electrical sockets were behind the furniture so it was difficult to charge the phone etc. There were no cold drinks available at breakfast except at extra cost. We ate twice at the hotel and the meal was OK but nothing wonderful. Many people obviously love the place but it wasn't for us so we left.

I liked the efficiency and helpfulness of the owners and their staff. The food was great value for money and excellent. The other clientele were very pleasant and nice people.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great, it was clean and an extremely welcoming hotel.

This is a negative of the village not the hotel.The village of Cirali and the beach suffered from a lot of litter. The problem needs to be dealt with as it spoils a beautiful place.

The serving staff were very good. It is very hard to fault the service at this hotel.

It is built right next to the main road into the village and at night and late into the night it can generate a lot of very loud road noise. On a number of occassions it was so loud I woke up. There is no sound proofing between rooms, so you can hear conversations in the rooms next to you and when they flush the toilet or turn a tap on, you can hear everything. The constant noise at night and the lack of sleep ruined my stay here.

Staff was very friendly, and communication in English was a big plus after having some difficulties prior to arrival. The owner is a lovely Canadian woman who made our stay easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The pool was refreshing and convenient for when we didn't feel like going far, but the nearby beach was especially stunning. The hotel offers free bikes to get to the beach if you would rather ride than walk. Also, dinner cooked on-site was delicious and again convenient.

The pool was great for both kids and adults alike and kept very clean. The food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

Rooms on road side are quite noisy. After 1 night we asked to be moved to the quiet side of the hotel and we had a ground floor room next to the dining area. The rooms are quite small.

Hotel staff was extremelly attentive and helpful. They were of great help to us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel,mainly due to the hospitality and warmth showed by the owners and staff, loved the fact that it was small and intimate you really felt at home and nothing was too much trouble. And the food was excellent, both quality and quantity.

Excellent accueil de Carrie, la propriétaire. Cuisine fraiche et savoureuse. Jardin très agréable (végétation, hamacs...). Rapport qualité/prix.

Un peu loin de la plage (véhicule nécessaire).

Un très bon accueil + cadre sympathique avec bcp de verdure + bonne nourriture + personnel très professionnel + piscine très appréciée
