Staff were very helpful. Always going out of their way to help. Manager was on top of things.

Room a bit small.

The owners and staff are wonderful. The food was absolutely delicious!

The rooms were clean and the pool was probably the best I've been in over the past 3 weeks around Greece and Turkey. The free bikes are great and made it an easy trip to Olympos, the beach and Chimera. The breakfast was also very good, and there's a small library, ping pong table and board games.

Without the bikes it would have been a bit of a walk to the attractions, oddly the carpeted stairwell to the 1st level rooms is slipping in places making it dangerous when carrying your bag. Finally the hotel arranged a special dolmus to the Olmypos bus station which we found out on arrival was 30tl, as opposed to the standard 6tl service.

Room in main building very small for two people - no space to move or luggage. Cabins looked a lot better. A bit dusty in non-obvious places (we dropped a contact lens and had to crawl around a bit and found quite a bit of dust). Breakfast a bit disappointing

The food was fantastic, particularly the 4 course dinner and excellent value for money compared to the food in the town. The free bikes made getting to the beach so much easier and the pool was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall very happy, a great hotel and brilliant value for money.

The quiet location of the hotel was very relaxing but meant there wasn't a huge amount to do in the evening (although we visited at the end of the season so feel this may be more to do with lack of guests than anything else).

Very friendly atmosphere - special thanks to Carrie & Saban, nice staff ( they try their best, but not all speak English - it is a small problem if you do not know Turkish), green clean territory, nice wooden bungalow, good meal, so perfect place for relaxation. If you travel with a small child - stay in bungalow - 2 steps and your kid is on a green grass. The sea is clean & warm (we've been in September), using hotel's biks you can reach each corner of the village and the beach.

It is not a problem of the hotel, just do not forget to take something against mosquitos.

Great service, they bent over backwards to help us and make us comfortable. Lovely place in a great setting, very relaxing and enjoyable and so we extended our stay. Would stay again.

- Friendly staff (like all the Turkeys people); - The owners are good hosts; - Good pool; - Outside space with hammock and stretchers; - Easy for families with children, especially the bungalow (I think, we had a standard room), but the price is high; - Rooms are cleaned every two days; - Airconditioning is not too loud and therefore also good to use at night.

Room - The room is very small: they say 16 m2, but 12 or 13 is more likely, including bathroom ! - To place a baby bed a desk had to be removed; - The bed is standing to a wall at one side, so you cannot step out at both sides; - Interior of the room is old fashioned (looks like the 70's with brown, orange and green). Owners say the hotel is 19 years old, but looks more like 30 years. BATHROOM: - The shower (no bath) is very hard to adjust to a comfortable temperature (burning hot or too cold). Staff say this only happens when many people use the shower at the same time because of difference in water pressure for warm and cold, but we had it the during all times of the day. Very poor! EATING: - Breakfast is good quality (good fresh bread and water melon), but a little bit easy. For something normal as yogurt, you have to pay extra (5 TL for a small plate); - Dinner is only served as one complete 3 course dinner with poor starters. The main course changes every day. Although they do have a menu with other options, but they do not serve other options than one main course in the daily menu. PRICE - The room was 60 euro a night, which is for the space and facilities you get is quite expensive. - Exchange rate! They use an exchange rate which was the highest we met in two weeks in Turkey, by far! This way the price came out 5% more than expected. So take euros with you to pay the room at the last day (or the currency you have chosen on booking.com) !! This summer season there was no ATM in Cirali available. Drinks and food have to be paid in Turkeys Lira (logical) and can be paid by credit card or cash.

Comfortable, air conditioned accommodation (we stayed in one of the wooden bungalows); stunning setting; lovely food; attentive staff and welcoming hostess; great swimming pool; peaceful and relaxing; free use of bicycles to access village and beach; hotel was able to book activities for us.

Sewage smells in bathroom; mediocre breakfast (lovely pancakes offered on first day but thereafter just bread, cheese, jam/honey, cereal and boiled eggs); staff quite strict - my son got told off for accidentally spilling a little milk at the breakfast bar, and told he couldn't go in the swimming pool at 6.30pm (normal closing time for dinner was 7pm), and we felt very pressured to eat dinner quickly, with plates whipped away before we had eaten the last mouthful!

Very nice environment, beautiful nature, amazing beach nearby. The staff is very helpful, the bungalows are spacious and well equipped. The place is ideal for families. We enjoyed every moment of our stay, it was a highlight of our trip in Turkey.

The manager ,Kerry offered a very personal service, arranging meals etc.

Good location closer to village of Cirila than I expected. Easy walking distance to town, beach and Olympos Ruins. Good pool for relaxing in the sun.

Room was pretty dingy and had a bit of a hostel feel. Bed was hard (even by European standards) and somewhat lumpy.

Carrie and Saban were very welcoming and friendly as were other members of staff. We were pleased that we took the half board option as the evening meal was an excellent mix of meze style dishes and fish/chicken barbeque and was good value. It was good to be able to use two of the hotel's extensive stock of free bikes to cycle around the village and local environs.

The weather turned rather cool and windy while we were there and this meant that, without heating, the dining areas were occasionally quite chilly.

Easy access with car park. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Nice swimming pool and garden (in particular the lemon trees). Good breakfast.

No hot water in our shower - just warm.

Staff was friendly and attentive. The hotel was more upscale than we expected. The management was "on top" of everything. They were interested in knowing of any changes in the nearby Olympos Park and were open to suggestions and ideas. The hotel was new, well-constructed of quality materials, and extremely clean. The couple took a personal interest in all of their guests, making sure everyone was happy.

Everything. It was a perfect place to relax and recharge. Friendly staff, a great location, and good food.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal da. Es war wie beim letzten Aufenthalt ganz wunderbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vor allem familienfreundlich! Das Essen ist so köstlich, insbesondere Dinner. És ist sauber und liegt einfach herrlich im Tal. Vom Pool hinauf in die Berge zu blicken ist wahnsinnig schön. Die Bungalows gefallen uns sehr. Es liegt verkehrsgünstig und lädt zur Entspannung und Erholung ein. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Belle piscine, espace bien protégé jouxtant la piscine,l'emplacement pas directement en bord de mer mais très bucolique encadré par des falaises verdoyantes,gentillesse du personnel et assez bon entretien des espaces extérieurs

Les chambres allant directement sur l'espace restaurant sont bruyantes le matin par le frottement des chaises sur le sol et les voix des gens;il faut aimer le chant du coq, qui commence en général à 4:00 du matin, heureusement il doit être vieux, car il ne chante pas fort(à Cirali il y a de la volaille partout)

Etablissement tout à fait conforme à nos attentes. Ambiance très familiale et personnel très attentionné. Très bon dîner. La plage est un peu plus loin que ce que l'on pensait (à ne pas faire à pied en plein mois d'aout) mais la grande piscine est bien agréable. Très bon hôtel et encore une fois accueil très sympathique.

Cet hôtel est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage d'Olympos, grande piscine et possibilité de restauration

L'accueil très affable et une démarche trop commerciale qui tranche avec ce que l'on pratique en Turquie.

No os dejeis llevar por las buenas referencias que tiene el hotel, son totalmente falsas. El hotel, que en españa seria como mucho una pension, es carisimo relacion calidad precio de los hoteles en los que hemos estado en turquia. Techo de ojalata, habitacion que te limpian cada dos dias, una pastilla de jabon para toda tu higiene durante esos dos dias, sabanas y alfombra con michisimas manchas, desayuno pesimo en el que te cobran el zumo natural a 3,5 liras ( en la puerta del hotel te cuesta 1 lira en cualquier sitio) y dueños que intentan timarte con el cambio de moneda alegando que no son un banco! Faltaria mas, si el banco hace menos negocio que ellos!! Y eso que el banco se dedica a eso y no a la hosteleria! En fin, horroroso. Hablan de la amabilidad de los dueños, que supongo que se referiran a que cuando llegues ni si quiera te pregunten que tal tu largo viaje! Fataaaaaaaaaal

Çok sıcak kanlı insanlar çalışıyor. Otelin işletmecisi Carrie hanım o kadar güleryüzlü ki kendinizi evinizde arkadaşlarınızla birlikte gibi hissediyorsunuz. Arabamı park ettiğim andan ilgi hemen başladı gidene kadar.3 gün kaldım ayrılırken sarıldık birbirimize.
