Decor a little tired, but everything clean and working.
Location great. You can walk (35mins) to Ephersus if you want. Places to eat across the road. Main bus station closer by. Very convenient location if you are in Selcuk for a day visit to Ephesus.

absolutely nothing I didn't like. I was fortunate to have a good host. Ephesus was incredible.
My bus to Aydin was fully booked which meant I had to take a late bus getting in after the mini buses had stopped running. Savas drove all the way over to collect me, an hour each way! I had one day in Selcuk, he advised me on how when and where to get to see the top spots. I was very grateful.

Manager was exceptionally helpful and had a sound grasp of English. No fuss and value for money.

location is perfect! it is near the otogar and the atlasjet pick-up point. the owner is nice and helpful. he offers me the guiding book of ephesus for free. Also the last night i stayed there was a power failure so the wifi did't work. the owner shared the mobile network with me so that i could finish the check-in process of my ticket.

Breakfast is not so good. No toaster or even microwave to heat up the bread. One incident that the water wont heat up and it was freezing. But the owner apologized for this one due to some electrical problem. I also put outside the sign to make up my room, but no one came to make it up.
The staff are very helpful. The even picked up and dropped me off the train station free of charge. They helped me arranged my Ephesus tour which was great. Very affordable.

- really cold in winter time: no heating, just a/c, and the windows were not sealed - not very clean bathroom - bad breakfast - bad pressure in the shower, hot water appeared after 20 mins of water running
- nice location in the center, near with the bus station - wifi worked normally - personnel was friendly and nice - clean sheets

Old hotel, dust everywhere, dirty bathroom- sticky plastic with 2 soaps, you wouldn't take a shower there, outside on the balcony dirty AC,which was also very noisy.. Sheets..not 100% clean..looks like they were used before..the extra pillow was full of somebodys hair..
The receptionist was friendly and helpfull, but that's all .. Maybe the cats&ducks, which have been sleeping in front of the hotel( belonging to a small artificial lake..were another positive thing around

Towels are very hard!
Rooms are different a lot! North-West faced room is better. Staff is friendly, breakfast is just ok, close to everywhere in this small town.

We stayed in the delux cave suite and wow, it was amazing! Very clean, large and great facilities. The sheets on the bed were the softest, silkiest I've ever felt--so luxurious! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Water was supplied, and the breakfast was good. The restaurant is a highlight, as it has panoramic views of the city. I'd highly recommend this family run hotel, you won't regret it!

The bathroom is too small , you can't expect more for the price. Wish there was at least 1or 2 English TV channels to watch.
Located in a nice place easy access to all the must visit locations. Very nice staffs, rooms are comfortable enough for 2 people, good breakfast and a great value for the price.just had a overnight stay .

Clean and simple hotel directly in Selcuk, do not expect luxus. Correct staff, good choice for one night on the way to/from Ephesus.

The shower pressure was weak. Sometimes an unpleasant odour came up through the plumbing.
The owners speak perfect English and are knowledgeable and helpful. The food in the rooftop terrace restaurant is fabulously fresh and tasty. Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony; it seemed to be newly decorated. There was a lift (elevator). Liked having a hairdryer. Very close to bus station and town, and also within walking distance to railway station (we arrived by train and left by bus). It was a good room for the

Meals taken up on the terrace in a strong wind and cool temperatures detracted from an otherwise good experience.
A very well positioned hotel, off the main road and on the Ephesus side of the city. Staff are very pleasant, the rooms very comfortable, and the meals good value, authentic and attractive.

The hotel is superbly located, a walkign distance from the Selcuk bus terminal, hence arriving on a night bus was fine, as we were able to walk across to the hotel with no hassles of getting taxis etc. The Hotel owner was absolutely helpful and made our stay worth its while, as we had just one day to travel in Selcuk and Ephesus. He arranged for the tours and recommended options to ensure that we made most of the visit. The hotel had a decent restaurant, which offered dinner as well (which is unusual, as most hotels of this nature, only offer breakfast and you have to eat out the rest of the day). The rooms were small with not much space to keep the bags and move around but as we were there for just one night, it was fine.

The room is very small, almost no place to put the luggage but we have no expectation at all with it's price. The most annoying is the noisy because it's really very close to the mosque, which will wake you up at around 5:00 a.m. in the morning.
Considering it's price, one just can't expect more. It's location is good. Easy to find & close to otogar. It has a very good roof restaurant, where the view is very nice and it's staff are helpful.
October 8, 2014
location, roof lounge (also used for breafast!) nice staff
October 7, 2014
The triple room was very small including the toilet
Clean rooms, good beds, excellent location in terms of visiting Ephesus. There was a lift :-)

It's old. I mean the sheets were almost older then me.
The staff was really helpful. They gave me a book, in French, about Efes and they did try to help me to get my train.
