Location is convenient if you want to visit the Castle of Ankara The hotel is not maintained at all. Things are kept with scotch-tape. In our room we had the door, one power plug and some tiles fixed with tape. Staff did not speak any english. We had to use signs to be understood. They were nice people but not able to help much due to language problem

-Value for money -The guy from reception took us to the needed place by his car for free -Nice parrot in reception -Location -a lot of small shops around the hotel (possibility to buy beer, water, juice...) - Receptionists didnt speak english, but were very friendly

Na przeciwko znajduje się doskonała i niedroga restauracja. Beznadziejne, niejadalne jedzenie. w pokoju nie śmierdziało bo otworzyłem okno. :)

スタッフの方々がとても親切で、朝食も充実しており、快適でした。ただ空港からシャトルバスでUlusで下- ろしてもらってからの行く途中、とても迷ってしまい大変でした。周りには飲食店、銀行が多く色々と助かりま- した。 The stuffs are very kind, but they don't speak English, so it's a little hard to communicate with them. Also breakfast is good. There are a lot of stores around the hotel.

Early check in and friendly staff however I won't go back. The rooms are not up to date, the beds are uncomfortable, the bathroom was horrible and included mold and the sirens keep you up most of the night. Not kid friendly as the tv channel line up included porn the next channel from cartoons.

Resepsiyon gorevlisi (ozellikle aksam gorev yapan Burak bey) cok yardimci ve nazikti. Diger gorevliler de ayni sekilde ilgiliydi. Hizmetten cok memnun kaldik. Temizlik yeterli degildi. Havlular lekeliydi ve carsaflarda kullanildigini dusundurecek sekilde kirisikliklar ve killar vardi. Fakat gorevliler yeni malzeme ricamizi aninda karsiladilar.

gazinoların etrafında bulunması ve gecenin 4'ünde yoğunlaşan trafik sesi insanı uykusundan ediyor.Bulunduğu konum dolayısıyla, özellikle otelin altında gazino olmasından, arkadaşlarıma ve özellikle genç çiftlere tavsiye etmem.

Zentral gelegen...Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants unmittelbar am Hotel.. Etwas zu Laut ,weil Zimmer am Strassen Seite..

çAlışanlar ilgili ve yardımseverdi.Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi açık büfe olarak.Kaldığımız oda gayet sıcak ve rahattı.Gayet iyi dinlendik,ailece çok memnun kaldık. çOk geç saatlerde dışarda dolaşmak özellikle tek bayansanız pek tekin değil,etrafta gazinolar ve pavyonlar mevcut.
