Cappadocia Cave Resort & Spa Hotel  

The prime location and the wonderful view. The design of the room was lovely and the balcony was a great place to spend some evenings when we didntfeel like going out. The main restaurant delivered foodto our room in less than 20 minutes. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable.

Private transportation is a must if one wishes to leave the hotel or go to the city. No direct access to the main road to geta taxi, have to order by phone.

Sensational view, magnificent rooms, friendly staff. High end without being pretentious.

The position of the Hotel . You could see much of the stone formations from your balcony.

The attitude of the waiters specialy during breakfast. Trying to serve coffee he tached my hand with the hot jar. I felt very unconfotable and he was laughing!!!

Wonderful hotel to visit Cappadocia

ロケーション。

フロントの人、スタッフが親切でなかった。 ドアにDO　NOT　DISTURB　をかけているし、部屋に入る前に会っているにも関わらず、お掃除の人が「OCCUPY?」と言いながらドアをドンドン叩いてきたり、勝手に入ってきたこともあった。宿泊客のことを考えておらず 自分たち中心に行動している。ありえない。

Een meer dan fantastische accomodatie, grandioos en zeer vriendelijk personeel, waar velen een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen.

Situation geographique excellente. Petit dejeuner tres copieux.

Au moment du paiement change vraiment pas favorable. Piscine du spa pas jolie en mauvais etat.

４月中旬に１泊しました。初めてのカッパドキア滞在で最高の贅沢を、と思い宿泊を決めました。スタッフの一- 生懸命さはどことなく伝わってくるのですが、トレーニングが行届いてないので日本における二流ホテル以下の- ホスピタリティでした。部屋の日本語案内も翻訳サイトで英文を入力しただけのような訳のわからない内容でし- たし、スパも素人のような子が担当していて。。。しかしながら部屋からの眺めは絶景でした。快晴なら早朝の- 気球や夕陽のあたったレッドバレーは素晴らしいです。今後のホスピタリティの向上を期待します。
