We loved Cappadocia, but especially our cosy cave room. We were on our honeymoon and it was so comfortable and lovely. The staff at our hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating and everything they booked for us was excellent and reasonable. Loved this place and will certainly return.
Nothing, truly. Great proximity to town and events.
The staff were so helpful and nothing was a problem for them. They helped with booking tours which made our stay effortless. We stayed in an amazing room which my children were Thrilled with. The staff were Amazing so friendly and helpful. I would without doubt recommend this hotel.
No air conditioning in the room. Plumbing needs maintenance.
service n breakfast
Great customer service, rooms were very spacious.
Would have loved the place to have a pool though.
We just spent an amazing 3 nights at the Cappadocia Cave Suites and wished I could have stayed longer. I was one of the best hotels we stayed at in Turkey. It is in an excellent location-you can walk through Gerome and to the Open Air Museum. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Amazing suite in a fairy chimney!! Five star all the way.
There is nothing negative to say.
We treated ourselves to a Fairy Chimney Suite and we're not disappointed! The room was huge with a little living room and tv, huge shower and immaculate bathroom, lovely bedroom in the eaves of the cave and a private balcony with an incredible view. Location was great a short 5 minute walk to the centre of town.
The staff weren't very welcoming when we arrived and continued to be quite frosty and unhelpful throughout our stay. The staff's level of English also wasn't great. We had problems with the water pressure and leakiness of our shower (these were quickly fixed) and we also arrived to building work outside our room. We had paid extra to have a balcony, but discovered that every room had some form of outdoor seating nearby - our "private" balcony was also totally overlooked by one of these outdoor seating areas. Our room (209) was also right above the restaurant so we were woken up each morning by the breakfast service from 7am (and the dinner service when trying to have an early night for a 4am balloon flight).
Great service!! Great place!! Very central!!
We were expecting better view rooms.
i love everything there..the view and the place is simply amazing!
Staff, location, breakfast ...everything as excellent
Amazing staff, so helpful in every way. Breakfast was fantastic, great view to watch sunset ! Wifi and overall just amazing !
It was a real cave!
friendly staff, cosy rooms, fabulous spa bath
The decoration and location is great! I like the Jacuzzi in the room. It is clean and comfortable. The restaurant opposite to the hotel is really good!
Too bad they don't have swimming pool. I wouldn't say that it is value for money but it is a great luxurious experience in the cave hotel. It is not cheap to spend a night there, I expect a better and friendlier staff.
We were two families visiting the cave suites and found our stay to very enjoyable! The rooms were very clean with amazing amenities. They upgraded us to suites which were fantastic. Breakfast is included with a great variety as well!
Location was near the center of town but high on the hill so you got an excellent view.
There was a coal burning stove nearby that you could smell all day.
Location Staff attitude
Cave bit is over hyped. While children got a cave room, we stayed in a regular ordinary room. No ac. Shower has no enclosure and shower was leaky resulting in a messy wet bath room.
The cave suite is very cozy and spacious, the bed are comfortable, the staff are really nice and friendly, also very helpful, they would try their best to help everything that you request. Breakfast is traditional continental buffet with lots of selections. It is really super worth of the price
Maybe adding a hot soup in the breakfast, plain congee or miso soup would be much better for Asian guests
Location and comfortable rooms
It was warm and there was no ac in the room
Rooms amazing, like all comments already tell you....
First I had a room 'under' the road, so you hear cars passing over your head....but I switched rooms the next day, so properly solved by the staff.
Friendly staff, great location and a fantastic view
A beautiful hotel, the location wasn't too far from town, helpful friendly staff and delicious food at the hotel restaurant.
Brilliant and classy place. Beauty was every where from the buildings to the gardens.
The meal in the restaurant was lousy. Breakfast was pretty good except the orange juice was watered down with cordial.
Staff was great with directions and sightseeing suggestions. They even came to find us and guide us to the hotel when we were lost! Everything was a positive experience.
