This central Urgup hotel is in a renovated 19th-century Greek guesthouse decorated with antiques. Amenities include a cave restaurant and shaded outdoor patio. City maps and Wi-Fi access are free. All of Cappadocia Palace Hotel’s rooms include hand-crafted furniture and cable TV. Rooms have views of the hotel’s grounds or central Urgup. Some rooms are set in a traditional Cappadocian cave. Fresh-cooked Turkish cuisine, including a buffet breakfast, can be enjoyed in the cave restaurant or outdoors on the patio. Room service is also available. Many of Urgup’s historic sights, including Nikolos Monastery, can be reached within a 10 minute walk. Göreme Tarihi Milli Parkı can be reached with a short drive. Hotel parking is free. Comfortable room, quiet neighborhood, 2 minutes walk from the bus station (connecting Urgup to other sites in Cappadocia), great Turkish breakfast (but also including a selection of cereals and dried fruits), good value for money (other hotels in Cappadocia are too expensive), nice internal courtyard, hepful staff A bit difficult to find, no reading bed lamp

I used to stay at this hotel with my friends.The staffs were very friendly and helpful, The location of hotel is perfect just few minutes walk to town centre. The room what we got was very simple. Buffet breakfast good and plentiful.

It's close to attractions in Goreme and within walking distance to fantastic food at Ziggy's Restaurant. Staff was helpful. Overpriced, dirty, no A/C, no shower (only a bathtub with a shower on a hose), no hot water first night, not really a cave hotel, restaurant only serves breakfast. Much better real cave hotels are available 10km away in Goreme for less money. Wi-fi only worked in courtyard. Could hear neighbors through walls.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe, welcomed and like they were interested in us. Also, the location was great and we loved the town of Urgup. It was a perfect destination for a group of friends, family or couple. We went during Ramadan and we could hear the wake up call drums from our room at 2am. This woke me up every night for a short time, but I think that would have happened anywhere, so maybe not so much a complaint as something to think about when choosing when you travel.

Çalışanları çok nazik yardımsever güler yüzlü, en büyük artısı bu.. Bir de lokasyon çok başarılı.. Kahvaltı çok az çeşitliydi, kahvaltılıklar çok kaliteli değildi. Paket bal reçel yağ yemek pek içaçıcı değil. Oda temizliğine gelince hergün terlik havlu değişmiyor, yataklar toplanmıyor, terlik isteyince az var denilip 2 yerine 1 veriliyor. Yatakta serili battaniye kolay temizlenir cinsten olmadığından muhtemelen tüm sezon herkes kullanıyor. Taş odalar daha pahalı, diğer odaların normal otel odasından farkı yok. Minibar mevcut değil.

Leuk hotel op prima locatie. Nette comfortabele kamer prima ontbijt en prettige staf die zeer voorkomend is en informatief is over wat er zoal te doen is. Prima prijs/kwalieits verhouding.

Situé à urgup, au coeur de la cappadoce, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable. Le petit déjeuner : concombre et saucisson "made in islam" sont vraiment indigestes !

Accueil parfait en anglais; salle de bains neuve avec plomberie efficace; wifi gratuit; situation parfaite au centre ville; breakfast simple mais bon. Ma chambre était minuscule, mais pour une personne, en fait c'est suffisant; nombreux crochets pour remplacer l'armoire. Je le signale, car pour deux personnes, c'est sans doute un peu trop exigu. Pour moi la très belle salle de bains compensait l'inconvénient.

è un hotel con ottimo qualità-prezzo da effeture I tour con l'hotel davvero bellisimi, lo staff di Mhustafa sono persone molto cordiali e disponibili. La puzza di fumo nel primo giorno, segnalato alla reception è stato subito effetuatoun cambiamento.Il bano un po piccolo.

Ein kleines, sauberes und komfortables Hotel in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal (bis auf den jungen Mann im Frühstücksraum, der nie gegrüßt hat). Ein schöner Innenhof, wo man es sich auf Sitzgruppen mit großen Kissen auf dem Boden gemütlich machen kann.Auswahl und Frische des Frühstücksbüffets war o.k. Angenehme Überraschung: Obwohl in der Beschreibung nicht aufgefüht, war ein Haartockner vorhanden. Das Badezimmer war recht klein, so dass ein Aufenthalt dort zu zweit nicht möglich war. Man konnte die Badezimmertür nicht komplett öffnen, da die Toilette sich direkt hinter der Tür befand. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung bzw. Beschilderung wäre empfehlenswert, da es nicht ganz einfach war das Hotel zu finden.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l'intérêt du personnel de l'hôtel pour le bien-etre et l'accueil de ses clients. Mustafa et ses collègues sont d'excellents hôtes. Ils peuvent vous donner les meilleurs conseils et suggestions pour découvrir la région de Cappadoce. L'hôtel est très agréable, intime et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il est un très bon choix pour un sejour à Cappadoce.
