Cappadocia Palace Hotel  

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe, welcomed and like they were interested in us. Also, the location was great and we loved the town of Urgup. It was a perfect destination for a group of friends, family or couple.

We went during Ramadan and we could hear the wake up call drums from our room at 2am. This woke me up every night for a short time, but I think that would have happened anywhere, so maybe not so much a complaint as something to think about when choosing when you travel.

It's close to attractions in Goreme and within walking distance to fantastic food at Ziggy's Restaurant. Staff was helpful.

Overpriced, dirty, no A/C, no shower (only a bathtub with a shower on a hose), no hot water first night, not really a cave hotel, restaurant only serves breakfast. Much better real cave hotels are available 10km away in Goreme for less money. Wi-fi only worked in courtyard. Could hear neighbors through walls.

The hotel is near the centre of Urgup in the neighbourhood of a lot of restaurants. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull.

We have stayed in the another location, which is called MCD Otel.It was fantastic to join the welness in the own room with your own whirlpool. The rooms was great, big and very clean. Typical cave rooms were very authentic. The view from your room window is making you speechless

It was difficult to find the way to the hotel because of no signs.

Ein kleines, sauberes und komfortables Hotel in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre.Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal (bis auf den jungen Mann im Frühstücksraum, der nie gegrüßt hat). Ein schöner Innenhof, wo man es sich auf Sitzgruppen mit großen Kissen auf dem Boden gemütlich machen kann.Auswahl und Frische des Frühstücksbüffets war o.k. Angenehme Überraschung: Obwohl in der Beschreibung nicht aufgefüht, war ein Haartockner vorhanden.

Das Badezimmer war recht klein, so dass ein Aufenthalt dort zu zweit nicht möglich war. Man konnte die Badezimmertür nicht komplett öffnen, da die Toilette sich direkt hinter der Tür befand. Eine bessere Wegbeschreibung bzw. Beschilderung wäre empfehlenswert, da es nicht ganz einfach war das Hotel zu finden.

Accueil parfait en anglais; salle de bains neuve avec plomberie efficace; wifi gratuit; situation parfaite au centre ville; breakfast simple mais bon.

Ma chambre était minuscule, mais pour une personne, en fait c'est suffisant; nombreux crochets pour remplacer l'armoire. Je le signale, car pour deux personnes, c'est sans doute un peu trop exigu. Pour moi la très belle salle de bains compensait l'inconvénient.

Lo staff era molto efficiente e cordiale, erano a disposizione per risolverti qualsiasi problema.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l'intérêt du personnel de l'hôtel pour le bien-etre et l'accueil de ses clients. Mustafa et ses collègues sont d'excellents hôtes. Ils peuvent vous donner les meilleurs conseils et suggestions pour découvrir la région de Cappadoce. L'hôtel est très agréable, intime et le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il est un très bon choix pour un sejour à Cappadoce.
