When I made the booking I asked for airport pick-up and confirmation that they would - no reply. I emailed directly to the hotel a week before going with the same question - again no reply. Finally had my hotel in Istanbul call the day before I was supposed to arrive at the Kayseri airport to ensure someone would be there to transport me to the hotel. Would be nice if they answered their email |

friendly staff, central position in urgup first room we were given was too small for comfort, next room had only window onto communal corridor so window and curtain had to be closed for privacy making room very dark, third room ok! |

The staff were wonderful, friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, you can walk to everything in the town and easily explore some wonderful cave areas on foot. |

la ubicación en el pùeblo el ruido (ninguna isolación térmica), los rece`pcionistas que fuman dejando el pasillo abierto =>el humo entra en la habitación) y hablan alto, la ducha muy "cutre", no había tele en la segunda habitación (dejamos la primera por el ruido), la luz inexistente en la habitacion etc.. |
