hotel is beautiful, well designed. beach is good, food is also fine for all inclusive meal plan hotels. i would stay there again.
there's a big communication problem inside of the hotel departments. and the stuff are not well educated about their duties. i was trying to reach somebody to pay for my friends accomodation while they were waiting at the reception. it took my half day and hundreds of tries to find somebody to inform me about payment details.
- Definitely the slides and the safety organization around them; - The courtesy of the personnel.
Definitely the lack of hygiene all over the place: restaurants, toilets, common areas and especially the beach that was probably cleaned just once at the beginning of the season, hence was really dirty; the cleaning of the rooms: big spots on the carpets, balcony with many residuals of birds faecals; the overall level of the service: very slow.
staff speaking English 90% beach activity
Nice sea view from the room, sandy beach
It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! The reception staff is rude and they don’t speak and don’t understand English, there is no air conditioner in the lobby and when it takes more that hour to check in then it turns to the nightmare because its 40 degree outside. The room was dirty, no proper cleaning; the carpet looked like its 50 years old, the towels were dirty and torn, not enough lighting in the room, no iron, no kettle, and air conditioner was switched off every night. By the way there was not air conditioner in the elevators and on the floors. The canteen was without air conditioners too, food was disgusting, 2 types of soups during our stay (6 days), same salads, and same main courses, and same desserts every day, staff didn’t have time to clean the tables, and flies and bees are everywhere, in and out. If you go to the beach after 3pm, you won’t get the towels, nonsense! It’s not a 5* hotel, even not a 3*. If you don’t want to waste your money and spoil your vacation then please don’t book this hotel.
I likes location. View is very beatifull. and area is very green.SPA is great.
quality-price ratio is unreasonable. Service and food are not good. They call villa small bedroom and smelly small bathroom. We paid about 170 Euro per night I want to say it not 5 star hotel
food, very poor quality staff, poor, they hardly speak english, low experience service, very poor too expensive for what they offer far from any populated area poor internet, tv
1) Price 2) Beach quality quite nice 3) Clean facilities
1) No wi-fi in the room (we stayed in the villa), poor even in the main buliding 2) Adult beach not really meaningful 3) Poor shuttle service (club car) 4) Lack of evening/night entertainment programmes 5) Theme restaurants booked too early (we stayed three days but couldn't book a day...)
The location is good and we liked the aqua part. And the sea is amazing but it is nothing to do with the resort. The evening tea in the terace was fun. And the gym gives the basic things you need, we also liked it.
When we arrived ,even it was a late arriving , they took us to a room which was not done yet. When we called the reception the way they talked to us was not really nice. They made us wait then changed the room . We have the feeling that the crew between them are not really coordinated. We can not say that they are nice and polite!especially in the reception !!!! Moreover it was like they were doing their work unwilingly. The cleanliness was also poor . The beach the snack bars, restaurants.. The Stuff really needs to be trained and disiplined on that more. Even we liked the sea view and the location of the hotel I do not think we ll come back again!
not very clean, not friendly at all
Elevator was broken..
The location is excellent, with a brilliant outlook to Kusadasi and the Island of Samos. The sea and beach are excellent. The aqua park has fabulous slides and multiple pools. Food and drink are free flowing, and it was a bit concerning to see guests wasting huge amounts of well presented, tasty and varied food. Snacks, drinks, and bottled water flowed freely at appropriate times. I was blown away to see wine and other alcohol also given away as 'inclusive' fayre, even though I am teetotal myself. My two grown up boys loved their time here, as did my wife, and we are tempted to return here at some point in the future. The guest relations officer, Hande, made an effort to come and meet us personally at our room, and invite us to contact her in person should we need to. She was one of the very few staff who could speak reasonable English.
The rooms were spacious, but some touches of comfort like bedside table lamps for subdued light were missing. The carpets were wet from steam cleaning on day one of our stay. The hard floors were covered with sticky soap which never quite dried up through three days of our stay. There was mud debris in the corner of our balcony resulting from the attempt of swallows to build mud nests into the top corners of the balcony. No attempt had been made to wash away the ugly and dirty staining from the mud debris. The wifi connection was a bit too fussy to access, and our room on the 4th floor towards the flanks of the hotel were barely making connection with the wifi network. I relied all the time on my 3G phone hotspot to work at my laptop. The hotel can be a tourist 'city' at peak times, and it was a little too busy at peak meal times. Also the four lifts are overburdened at several times through the day, and we had to take several flights of stairs many times to avoid waiting in excess of 5 minutes. The bathrooms are more competent than luxurious. They are well worn with use, even though the hotel has been in existence only for 5 years. I also wish they'd find a better way of identifying guests than the use of wrist bands, which can be uncomfortable and also scratch the skin when attempting to shower, soap etc.
