The Castello is situated right on top of the water practically, and has a stunning view of the island of Kos, across the sea in Greece. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, in a rugged, natural way. The owner and cook were extremely friendly and accommodating. In fact, the owner met us at 9:30 at night in the center of town, as we had some trouble with directions, and led us to the hotel. Unfortunately we could only stay one night, but if ever in the area again we would definitely book a room here. The room was pleasant and clean, but a bit small. And, beware of mosquitoes!
