Stets freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, vom Empfang über Zimmerservice bis zum Restaurant-Service. Beste Lage für Besichtigungen im historischen Teil von Istanbul. Hotel liegt zentral, in ruhiger Seitenstrasse. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuss an allen historischen Plätzen. Verkehrsverbindung mit Tram auch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Hotel. |

Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals ist einzigartig.Man bemühte sich um uns, als wären wir persönliche Gäste.Gerade, wer erstmals Istanbul besucht,erhält Tipps, die in keinem Reiseführer stehen. Die Lage ist hervorragend, Sauberkeit sehr zu loben. Allerdings sind nur die teueren Zimmer und Suiten ausreichend groß.Gefallen haben uns an der Ausstattung der Zimmer die kleinen Extras, z.B. Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotelrestaurant ist im Verhältnis zu den angebotenen Gerichten zu teuer und könnte auch von der Qualität her weiter gewinnen. |

Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städtereise, die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zufuss erreichbar.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr klein mit Sicht an die nächste Hausmauer. |

Sehr zentrale Lage und dabei leise, alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Hagia Sofia.Mitarbeiter sehr nett.Rundherum angenehm. |

Ein traumhaftes Hotel, nur 5 Gehminuten von Basilika-Zisterne, Aghia Sophia, Blauer Moschee und Topkapi entfernt.Straßenbahnhaltestelle in der Nähe. Sehr ruhige Zimmer. Überaus freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Essen im "Roof Restaurant" ( von dort sehr schöner Blick ) ist teuer und alles andere als gut. |

Die zentrale, sehr ruhige Lage an einer kleinen Nebenstrasse und dazu nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss zur Haiga Sophia... das Frühstücksbuffet und die sorgfältige Beratung für Ausflüge ! Sehr empfehlenswert finden wir... Nichts |

location view from the terrace restaurant, near monuments, food quite good with turkish specialties. includes breakfast staff at front desk, did not help with request, tried to influence us to use only ttheir restrant, wehad to request towels, coffe in the room poor communication among the reception staff.will never return to this hotel. Please don't book it. |

The staff were very helpful, courteous and friendly. They arranged transportation for dinner, directions to the sites we wished to see and a shuttle to the airport. The computer access provided our first opportunity in 2 weeks to check with family. That was a real bonus. The chef prepared a wonderful dinner for us and a delightful meze sampler for our lunch. |

best location for sightseeing the old part of Istanbul, only a few minutes walk and especially beautiful breathtaking view of Hagia Sophia from the top roof bar of the hotel. reserved taxi to the airport and it was included to the bill of the hotel, but the taxi was 20 minutes late due to the traffic. If it had not been included to the bill we would have picked up the taxi on the street which would have been easier (it is not the fault of hotel but such thing could happen) |

The location is excellent, most monuments - Hagia Sophia, The Blue Mosque etc are located at a 5 -10 min walking distance. The staff is very friendly and courteous and does actually go out of the way to make your stay comfortable, there were just three of us and they opened the rooftop bar exclusively for us at 2 am and served us drinks! Very friendly service. |

The hotel was in great location with helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was fulfilling, and the room was comfortable and beautiful. However, the shower was a little low on water pressure. The money was well spent! I like the surrounding of the hotel and definitely will visit the city again! |

the location of the hotel was good, not far from the grand bazar & topkapi palace...blue mosque..the rooms were clean and comfortable, but the bed was a little small breakfast was bad, and there was no safety box in the room, it was down in the reception. |
