The personal is very kind and helpfull aspecialy mr.Mert. The hotel is clean and when I come back I will visit this hotel! All of you, thank you. A++++ Hotel!

The hospitality was the first thing i felt when i came in the hotel. The receptionist was so kind to us and made us feel welcomed easily. It was really close to istiklal just 15 minute walk. The room was not too big or too small just the rite area. I would really recommend it to all my friends.

Only desk man (they have table only) Mr Sadat was nice other things in this hotel was too bad for family with children,so I strongly do not recommend this hotel for family members, I rate this hotel as 2 star hotel.

First of all no parking at all for bus to carry the family,so they have to walk every time the hilly road to the main road,otherthings the rooms are very small, very noisy hotel and service cleaning is very bad,

Furniture and decorations are top notch. Sadly that's the only thing that is good about this hotel.

The bathroom was not clean, especially the toilet seat. The covers and decorative pillows are filthy and has various stains possibly from bodily fluids. The guy at the reception desk was sleeping on a sofa around 7 am and I had to wake him up to pay the bill when leaving. Apparently they could not process credit cards till their accountant arrives around 9 am, so I had to go out and find an ATM in Istanbul while leaving my bags as collateral. This is just so unprofessional. Also when checking in I had to ask the guy showing the room every specific detail since he was in such a hurry to leave and couldn't be bothered by mundane questions like the wifi password or how to turn the AC on. Overall, if you are a business traveler expecting some degree of professionalism and courtesy this is NOT your hotel.

The staff is nice

- The hotel is about 20min walking from Taksim Square. - Firstly, the receptionist gives me a very stinky room (Toilet Smell). > I Just stayed 1 night there istead 3 booked nights. - Really pay attention about this hotel comments, coz i think its not true at all.

Very good staff & good hotel

perfect location-in centre of istnbul, easy to go anywhere, but to same time very silent street-improtant to me for good rest. big and very comfortable room, with iron and kettle, very helpfull staff.

It's a 5 star hotel within your reach :). The premises are as seen on photos and as described on the web. Everything is new, clean and comfort. The morning ness caffe with friends is unforgettable, just like Ağalar. The hotel staff is friendly, humble and very helpful. They all do speak English fluently. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Location is the most attractive at low cost. I definitely recommend it.

Location was ok, 10 min from taksim square.friendly staff, new clean rooms.

This hotel service and staff should be rated as a five star hotel services Very clean and new hotel Very friendly and helpful staff they can help you for any thing Cleaning rooms every day Staff speaking English excellent which is rarely in Turkey If you want any kind of help they can go and guide you and search in the internet and call to provide you with the correct information When i think in Turkey i will go direct to Central Suite I think this is one of the best hotel i had stayed in my life

Ottima la posizione (10 minuti a piedi da piazza Taksim), stanza spaziosa con materassi comodi. Personale gentile e corretto. Stanza climatizzata.

Dalle tubature del bagno proveniva cattivo odore. Bisogna ricordargli di accendere il riscaldamento.

Good location in quiet place, near to metro Taksim, friendly staff.

De ligging is heel goed van central suites,vlakbij het Taksim plein. Van hieruit kun je overal naartoe met de bus en de metro,(zie wel dat je een Akbil-kaart koopt en oplaadt );Zeer goedkoop en zeer practisch,je geraakt overal razendsnel een echte aanrader.Nette mooie kamers met een kitchenette en in een zijstraat van de hoofdbaan, 400 m van Taksimplein. Kleinschalig hotelletje maar alles perfect inorde.In de straat zijn er ook bakkers,kleermakers en een klein gezellig restaurantje en ook een winkeltje. Al bij al zeer tevreden.

personelin yakın ilgisi ve yardımcı olmaya çalışma istekleri bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Böyle bir tatilde taksim civarına gelirsek tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. The stuff has very good comminucation with customers. We stayed two days without any problem.

اكثر ما اعجبني في الفندق الموقع في حي تقسيم قريب من الشارع العام السعر ممتاز نظيف ومرتب الاهتمام بالنزلاء من قبل الاستقبال ممتاز المرونه منهم في وقت الخروج زادني ساعتين او اكثر

موقع الفندق من الفندق الى الشارع العام يوجد طلعة اشوي متعبه لكبار السن لا يوجد شفاط في الحمام فقط في المكان الي كنت فيه

موظفي الإستقبال في غاية اللطف والرغبة في المساعدة وسهولة التعامل باللغة الإنجليزية ورغبتهم في الخدمة وحجز التاكسي والإرشاد عن الأماكن السياحية كما أن موقع الفندق قريب من ميدان التقسيمTaksim square عن طريق المشي باتجاه اليمين من شارع الجمهورية المليء بالمحلات والمطاعم وكذلك ليس بعيداً عن جواهر مول chevaher mall وموقع الفندق مقابل ميني ماركت فيه كل الحاجيات من السابعة والنصف صباحاً حتى الواحدة والنصف من بعد منتصف الليل وكذك بقرب محلات خضار وفاكهة والمنطقة هادئة عموما وتصلح للعوائل والغرف نظيفة ومكيفة وأثاثها جديد وفيها مطبخ صغير وغلاية ماء ومستلزمات الشاي والقهوة

Situe dans une petite rue authentique (peu touristique), mais tres proche de Taksim et quartiers de la ville sympas. On peut facilement y trouver taxis et transports. L'hotel est entoure de petits troquets ou l'on peut manger sur le pouce et superettes - tres pratique. Les chambres viennent d'etre refaites et sont confortables.

Nous etions plusieurs couples d amis et malheureusement l'une des chambres sentait tres fort les remontees de canalisation et avait du mal a attraper le wifi (dernier etage).
