The hotel itself provides for top facilities and luxury accomodation and the best view over the Bosphorus if you book a seaside room. The concierge give me wrong information for going to Bursa, which resulted in a 7 hours trip instead of 4 hours. Furthermore, the coffee spoons in the room were sticky what means they had not been replaced. The cleaning staff came in without waiting even though the door had been locked. What if I wanted to be in private? |

Nice enterance breakfest is very poor and high priced. i made local call to next door hotel and was charged 7 USD per 30 second. no pool just during the summer outside. jacusi is only avialabale if you rent privite spa 350 euro per two hour. ventilation in the rooms are old and climate control does not function well. windows can not be opened fully either. It does not reflect the brand Intercontinental |

The Conceirge was very helpful and the rooms very comfortable We booked a Bhosphorous facing room. The hotel is a rectangular property and apparently sells rooms on three sides as sea facing, wheras only one side has actual sea facing rooms. We booked a sea facing room and were given a room facing the side of the sea. Dont think it is right for such a big chain to do these kind of things and charge extra money from its customers. Very disappointed with the extra money we paid for the sea facing room. Food is very expensive. Even the four seasons is cheaper. |

The view from my room was fantastic. The location very good. Staff at the reception very kind. Spacious room. 1. paying for the wireless internet connection (too expensive), 2.The room servicing was bothering (3 times per day), very insiting (knocking on the door, calling..) totally ignoring the "Come later" sign I hanged on the door. |

The view is great, specially on the high floors. Valet parking is convinient. Location is great for those who like busy life day and night that area does not sleep The club intercontinental does not offer much, there is no all day refreshments like other executive floors in other hotels. |

The room had a lovely view. The person on the enquiries desk was extremely helpful in assisting us in finding a restaurant and booking it for us. I thought the room was a bit small for a deluxe room. I also did not like the fact that they did not have slippers in the room. |

the cost of the club room is over estimated since the room lay out and the room size is similer to the standard room, also we have paid extra to have sea view but in fact it was directed to the city view. the breakfast for the club room is not consist with meadle east taste They should not limit the guset choice to have breakfast only in the club lounge, they should be more honest and give the guest their right selection when they have done their booking. |

Capable and courteous staff. The staff made efforts to ensure our comfort. They really helped with good language skills and orientation to the local area. The charges were confusing. We did use the electric power converter from the minibar but it did not accept USA plugs. We were charged for items from the room such as a local call to nearby hotels. No wireless internet in our room made it difficult to communicate. |

The staff on the Club Floor were helpful and very friendly; they did their best to ensure that my stay was comfortable and that I felt at home. The room was adequet with a great view as requested This is a costly stay in the present financial climate and the equivalent accommodation would not be as costly in other cities in the region or indeed in other equivalent hotels in other areas of the city. Beverage costs in the hotel are a problem and cannot be justified. While the hotel is comfortable, the interior is tired and dated and it could do with some serious upgrading. |
