The staff was very professional and helpful from the time I stepped in the reception desk to check-in until the time I checked-out, I can honestly say that the service was absolutely impeccable! the location is perfect, the breakfast buffet was one of the best, the room included useful facilitates such as many helpful brochures regarding the main attractions of Istanbul, in-room iron/ironing-board (I didn't need to request one as I normally do!), among other standard/common facilities. I would highly recommend the Safran restaurant which offers a fine Turkish cuisine while enjoying the lovely weather and the amazing view of the Bosphorus at the Hotel's rooftop. The room was as expected in terms of space, but it was not very well furnished, they should definitely consider redecorating! Also, it was very hard to book an appointment for a massage session, I called once to request an appointment which they confirmed but when I went on the specified time they claimed that there was no reservation under my name! |

The service throughtout the hotel was fantastic and the view from the corner table in the club restaurant on the 16th floor was out of this world!! Likewise from our beautiful suite. Would definitely revisit. The price of two Kir Royales in the Safran Restaurant was 88 Turkish Lira! |

I liked the location of the hotel and the professionalism of the staffs. I didn't like the fact that there is not much to do at the hotel such as the indoor swimming pool, no jacuzzi or tennis court or any animated activities. Besides the prices were not that abordable. |

The hotel is nice and they happily upgraded us to a better room. The concierge was very helpful and gave us some really good tips – its pricey so if you book in advance you could stay at an even better place at the same price!! I asked them for two fruits as i was fasting and they charged me 15 euros for it - the same price they charge for a plate of fruit. |

Great knowladge according to wine at the top restaurang through Tayfur Altun who makes the top bar worth to visit for wine lovers. Hope to see a wider wine selection at the hotel in the future. |

The hotel staff, in all areas of the hotel were always very friendly, helpful and proffessional, what you would expect from a hotel such as this. The room which was laid out in the common hotel format, seemed a little cramped, certainly the bathroom was, what could be considered as "cosy". |

The hotel rooms were comfortable and clean. Spacious room mostly. Hotel services breakfast were very good. but the best thing in this hotel is staff. They are excellent. All staff, from receptionst till housekeeping they all very good and smiling all the time. Defintly recommed this hotel. When we check in one of the room we booked was not ready not cleanded and the staff didn't know about it however they resolve the problem immediatly. |
