City Lights Bar has an exceollent view of the city and Bosphorous. Rooms were clean and very luxurious.

The Staff are very friendly and the hotel are excellent in everything.

My wife and I took a lot of traveling throughout the world. This is without exaggerating one of the best hotel where we stayed. Friendly staff, superb service, luxury, cleanliness, excellent location. In the restaurant on the top floor during dinner we had a bottle of wine but they charged 2 bottles. I put my signature on this bill. Regardless of my signature in the complaint upon departure ( after three days ) they acknowledge our complain about this matter. Congratulations on that. We suggest to everybody this hotel.

Location is superb

Extremely expensive for a hotel like this. Although it is a good 5-star hotel, prices are too high for the value received

It takes 5 mn to get to the Taksim Square. The decoration of the room and the bathroom are OK. The staff is helpful.

The A/C system is not working properly. Be careful, if you smoke in a non-smoking room, you have to pay 250€ extra!

Very good location, excellent service, Rooms are spacious, clean, quite with a great view (mainly rooms in high floor).

The food is not as good as you can expect from a 5 stars hotel. Another issue that you can have in Istanbul is the Taxi drivers (this issue have nothing to do with the hotel). Make sure that the Taxi driver really knows where you want to go, and really takes the short way to get to. Because a lot of Taxi drivers are attempted to take the very long way to go somewhere (example: to go from Intercontinental Hotel to Suada restaurant, there are only 6 km, we took a Taxi, unfortunately, at Taksim square (not recommended, always ask for a Taxi in the Hotel), and he took as in a very long trip around Istanbul. After 20 km, and fortunately I had a GPS, I ask the Taxi driver to stop because I don't know really where he was expecting to go. We managed to take another Taxi, who took us to our destination.
