Ceylan InterContinental Istanbul  

The hotel is a great choice. I'm glad I chose it during my stay in istanbul. Its within 5 mins walk to taksim where all the restraunts and shopping is. I was upgraded to a junior suit which was amazing. I recommend this hotel. 5

friendly staff and eager to service the gust

I really enjoyed my stay so much. I am a frequent traveler to Istanbul and always stayed at the Marmara Taksim, even this time I reserved there but due to not welcoming me, downgrading me and giving me the ugliest room in there hotel. I cancelled my reservation, lost one night and booked again in Ceylan Intercon. There is a huge difference, I have changed to Cylan forever. I would like to thank the whole staff they are so professional they know what they do and they really make you feel at home with a lot of comfort.

I think paying eu 575/night for a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View is really so much, even in Moscow you cant find these rates. I think the main reason is that a lot of Gulf Arabs are there with large numbers , specially after the feast vacation where many are still there.

Hotel Is Nice. Staff Very good and Polit Bosphor view is marvelous

View on the Bridge and the Bosphorus (even if "cut" by another hotel) The sky bar : great view all over the city Very close (5 min by foot) to Taksim square and Istiklal street (shopping) Very good concierge (all information within a very short time) : competent and efficient !

Luxury apartments, good service, good location.

Price is high. I paid about $544.00 per night for a standard room park view.

The hotel is maybe not very up-to-date with regard to furniture, services, etc. but it is definitely a luxus hotel. The room is good and silent. Breakfast is good and varied, maybe just a bit boring for me. The pool is okay. We had after all a pleasant stay at the hotel.

A good part of the staff do not keep up to the hotel standards: lousy English or no English at all spoken, not very understading of the clients' needs. I said a part of the staff, not all. Then they had construction works going on on the roof and they said nothing to us when checking-in, noise was unbearable, we had to ask to change our room and they did provide us with an appropriate room far away from the noise sources.

The hotel is very well located; it’s away from the Taksim noise yet only a minute’s walk to the business heart of Istanbul. The reception was perfect and we got an early check-in at 10:00 and they even gave us a room on a high floor with partial Bosphorus view upon our request. The breakfast was also good. All this made us wish we had stayed longer as we only had booked one night with the hotel.

The only downside was the standard rooms being a bit cramped and the beds which were not big enough for anyone taller than 6 feet!

Location stuff and services are great rooms are very clean the only things that needed is to make the internet services free I give the hotel 10 out of 10

I would like to thank the entire hotel staff for the excellent service. There was a regular follow up on how we feel during our stay & if at all we needed anything.This is actually why I choose to come back here. I will recommend the hotel for anybody who wishes to have a pleasant stay.
