Location was the best thing. Staff were always very helpful.

Did not feel it provide value for money. We were incorrectly assigned a single room on the first night and then moved the next day but no effort was made to compensate the inconvenience in any way.Rooms poorly laid out/designed poorly with the bathroom toilet right next to the bed. Quality control certainly lacking as things like the safe and phone did not work the first day.

The room was really nice, the hotel as well. Comfortable and modern.

The breakfast was really poor and they did not re charge when something was finished. They did not cleaned up our room even when we put the mark on our door "please clean up our room" They charged us additional 70Lira from our credit card without approval and without Asking for permission. We had to had a big argument with them in order to return the money. It is highly illegal to do that and Booking.com has fault in this in my eyes for giving our credit card details and letting them do whatever they want with it. At the end we did not payed the 70 lira and they gave them back ( we have to confirm that with the bank), but because of the argument we were scared to leave our baggage on the reception desk and we had to take it with us several ours before our trip. The first day - 1st of May there were riots right in front of the hotel and in the area and police and bombs were involved. 2 days before that when I called the hotel for confirmation, nobody bothered to inform us that there will be such actions and we will have troubles getting to the hotel.

Cosy hotel with super friendly personal. Very helpful and really professional. We had a street view 403. Although the streets were very busy and noisy, you could close the windows and it was very quiet. Cenrally located, walking distance from the port and lots of restaurants. Few minutes per taxi to the Metreocity mall. Lots of coffee shops along the main road.

the place was carefully designed. Even though space is very limited, every square inch was utilized in a smart way. The little room had everything I needed.

Rooms were, very good.the staff were excellent, there are no complaints whatsoever, my stay there was comfortable and enjoyable, I would definately stay there again and recomend to other travelers.

The reception is very good and the Porter. The room is good and clean. The cleaners are very good.

Too warm rooms, very poor breakfast. They tried to charge my colleague %3,5 commission since he used his American Express card while booking but then they changed their mind and didn't charge. But it was still not a good experience.

The location is great, in the centre of Istanbul, The room we had, was very nice, comfortable and big bed, mini-bar, bathroom also very nice

Well, I did not expect the most of the breakfest, and no, it's not a very big luxurious breakfast, but you get nice bread, eggs, scrambled eggs, which more or less met our expectations. 2 elevators are at the hotel, one of them was disfunctional part of our stay, but not as a major inconvenice. All in all satisfied guests :)

The staff was very, very professional, available, kind. The breakfast was very good, cleaning of the room was very good. The room was comfortable enough, the bathroom big and fully equipped. The hotel is not far from the center and the connections are good, however there's not a metro immediately close to hotel.

The insulation system of the room was very bad and I could hear too much noise coming from the street; anyhow during night the noise wasn't too much. The view on the adjacent building, not exactly beautiful but especially not the best for privacy (I had to keep the curtains down quite often). Total absence of any facility (E.G. gym).

A pleasant walk to public transportation.

Turkish breakfast doesn't satisfy western palates - but that's what you get in Turkey. And I appreciate that breakfast is included.

I love the location!!! We where able to find authentic cousing near the hotel. Also, I was so happy with the cleaning, (super clean). The staff were so kind and very helpfull. Excellent!!! Excellent!!! Excellent!!!

Nothing even though parking was limited, the hotel and staff where so kind to fing a parking spot always.so, for the price of the hotel it did cover our whole expectations. So, we have just greats comments!!!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Air condition was not working properly. We have changed the room three times. Mini bar was not working. Drinks were useless. Staff was inexperienced. There was quite noisy. It was hard to get sleep.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were on the smaller side, but air- conditioned with a tv, which was great. It was good for someone who just wants to see Istanbul - but isn't looking for a "resort" experience. Also, the posh clubs and restaurants are relatively closeby (provided your taxi drivers know how to get there).

The hotel is in a bad location for three reasons: a) the hotel is located on a very busy street, and traffic in the area does not let up at any hour of the night; b) the hotel is not centrally located, and is quite a distance from most main attractions; c) there is a mosque located within a stone's throw of the hotel, and while this doesn't seem inconvenient upon first glance, the mosque broadcasts loud prayer every morning around 4am and 6am, which consistently woke us up.
