atmosphere of the hotel and the architecture small window that we had wasnt that good, but some other rooms had a window that was looking outside |

Our kids triple was very nice: it was a corner room, with a long counch to sit on and good lighting. The night that we stayed there was a party in the courtyard, the music was so loud that you could not watch TV in the rooms. I feel that our room should have been upgraded or we should have been told there was to be a party going on. It was not restful! The double room was dark and small, there was no reading light on my side of the bed. |

The hotel is remarkable in structure and atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating and make the stay even more pleasant. Our room was lovely and spacious, although I looked into other rooms that were very small. The breakfast could be more varied for such an excellent hotel. And the bathroom shower was difficult to control. But those things are not big deals when staying in a former Caravan Hostel! The atmosphere more than made up for such minor issues. |

The magnificent location, and how an old traditional caravanserai had been brought back to life,and become a very interesting hotel. Most rooms are rather small, ours however was magnificent and a great place to stay. The renovation is a bit half-hearted in place, in particular the bathroom could have been done better. However it was certainly adequate, and this is not a major objection. |

The building was impressive and historic and the courtyard was tranquil. It was situated in the middle of the old town, which was very convenient 1. Our room was not cleaned for the three days we were there. 2. There was no safety mechanism on the shower to stop the water getting too hot, and as a result I burned my hand badly. It would be dangerous to let a child or elderly person in that shower unsupervised as they could end up in hospital. 3. The breakfast offered a very poor choice, I would at least expect orange juice, not just water. |

Le charme de l'endroit Les chambres ne sont pas faites d'un jour à l'autre. Organise des soirées avec la sono à fond (impossible de lire donc encore plus de dormir) jusqu'à tres tard 23h30. |

Bel aspect, chambres confortables mais un peu sombre. Salle de bain un peu spartiate. Formule repas " open buffet" délicieuse. Les produits sont frais et le personnel très prévenant. Cadre de l'Hôtel ravissant, original. Prix un peu élevé. Un peu bruyant si soirée au Rez-de Chaussée |
