Monumental!

The hotel is extravagant,the atmosphere is joyious.Spectacular.

The rate is very high.

The views of the Bosphorus river are just breath taking, and the infiniti pool captures the magic of the mountains and river like a beautiful painting. Fantastic hotel, you feel like you're residing in an Ottoman Palace

The food and services are quite expensive, not to mention the daily rates. I think they should at least consider revising the room service charges and scale it down because it is outrageous

you are perfect , the staff were so polite and neat , i like the room service and the outdoor swimming pool i like the location the quietens of the room & decoration the professional staff and the room view simply your hotel well managed

The luxury, of the hotel and the palace. The history and opulence of the place. The superb and friendly concierge team - who were able to deliver at a moment's notice to all the requests. The fantastic location, on the Bosphorus itself. The shoe-shine man in the lobby, who was an absolute artist with shining shoes and caressed my pair of shoes to the best shine ever! The fantastic infinity pool, which is heated and allowed us to swim despite the cold.

Everything was good , good breakfast also eveny my 10 month baby was found many choice to chose from the breakfast.

It's the excellent hôtel

The view was the best thing of all. Very nice brunch not legendary as it was presented but still nice and rich. The colors of the room beautiful and the Mini Bar the best I ve seen. The personnel of the reception and the Reastaurants and the room service is perfect with simple words. And very kind are also the gentlemen who pass every night and are asking if every detail concerning the room is settled. The tugra restaurant best experience by far. Authentic ottoman recipes and a very nice environment. Well done.

The personnel of the guest relations, medium. There is no reason to be there. The service and presence of the waiters in le fumoir, bad and unacceptable. They were gossiping about the clients in the tables all the time. In a very bad and rude way. They TOTALLY spoil the very nice image of the bar if you make the mistake and sit near the door of the bar, which is not visible. They just prepare the drinks inside there. The bedrooms were smaller than we expected. If we take under consideration the view, the value for money is not poor, is satisfying. But If someone expects a big room or a place to chill out he will be very dissatisfied. The only way to have a room as described in booking is if you accept to be in the last section of the hotel next to dirty waters and seagulls. If you choose another room as we did, it will be better but smaller. Also there were some issues with the heating. And also some services are overestimated and some products too. The Sirma water for example costs the same amount as the Evian water which is far more better. Generally, if someone EXCLUDES the view, the ciragan palace is NOT worth the money to stay, but just to visit for brunch, for coffee, or the tugra Reastaurant.

the fact that it was unique as it being a palace.

the room was sub-par as it was also facing the road and could hear the traffic. and, understandably the busiest time of the year, the service was not matching the quality that you would get elsewhere for the same price. i wouldn't recommend the place to stay but maybe the restaurant to enjoy the palace part. another let down is that the hotel also tried to charge the breakfast claiming that the price on the booking.com was wrong and was the price for not including breakfast while it clearly stated that it included breakfast.

bad luggage coordination, with no service compensation. we waited 1 hour untill our luggage was brought to our room we called reception twice, no once apologies, and we ended up going down and finding our suitcases our self. A terrible annoying start and first impression in the beginning of our stay for this type of hotel

First i would like to thank a very special member of the hotel staff her name is madina she was very kind polite & helpful in addition to that the room services ( 24 hours ) was excellent & on time but the most part we really loved was the breath-taking view of the garden & sea also the breakfast buffet was tasty delicious & rich at the end a very unique & special great thanks to the concierge team for their value services ......

I d like the location and the lovely palace , the hot outside swimming pool with very nice view , and the room service are very good .

They charge a very big amount for the breakfast , I have seen a another hotel better and less and less prices . The way of charging the room , they was unprofessional and they said for me it's our policy ...... My problem it was that when I make check in they take deposited from my credit card , I signe and I accept . In the second day they take again from my account from my credit card with out my acception , I make a complain for the duty manager , he was friendly , but all what he do , he tell me that he don't accept this and he offer me a drink.!!!

Wonderful view on Bosphorus! Very good warm swimming pools. Very tasty breakfast with lots of fruits, omlets, sushi, salats. Good bads and pillows.

Location and service were excellent.

Size and layout of rooms not really up to level expected for price.

Comfort and just about everything it had to offer. Its a great hotel

The only downfall to the room we stayed at was the bathtub, it was hard to climb into and out of it without slipping a few times (even with using the non slip mat)
