Çırağan Palace Kempinski Istanbul  

The location and the interior of hotel is definitely the biggest advantage of hotel. The Bosphorus bridge view, especially at night is something you wouldn't see anywhere else. Very romantic hotel to travel with a couple. The staff and service at the hotel were professional, answering promptly to all clients request.

You have to pay for everything. With such a reputationc and prices there are some things that should be out of charge, like for example internet in room (in times of technology that we are living now, internet should be easily accesable), or asking for kettle for a room just to boil water (in other 5 star hotels I stayed in, they have kettles with teabags out of charge), we even had to pay for the water they bring to boil... So make sure before asking for requst to ask if it would cost you something. I have been living and visiting Istanbul quite often, and even stayed at Chiragan 4 years ago, unfortunetly I didn't see any change since then.

For such an expensive rate the breakfast must be included in the rate. There was no tea and coffee set in the room.

I have stayed in many luxury hotels worldwide and have constantly been asked which one was my favorite. My answer has always been that I haven't found it yet. After my stay at the Ciragan Palace, I daresay I can label it as my favorite hotel in the world. The location was absolutely perfect and there was not one negative comment I could make about the hotel and the staff. I will definitely plan to return.

Kempinski, everything is about luxury and perfection

They let you exchange foreign currency to Turkish Lira, but not the other way round. so try not to change too many Turkish lira, in any case you can always pay in Usd/euro

each guest is assigned with a personal hostess to take care of the check-in and check-out process and all other hotel needs. The Turga restaurant was really good, great food with live music. The lobby area was very nice with live music in the evening.

I have had the best breakfast ever in any hotel ever. Congratulations for the team. What an incredible choice!

The hotel has a great location by the Bosperus, but is already outside town. You need a taxi, and this means getting stuck in traffic.

I had a warm welcome upon my arrival by lovly Morroco lady, she give us upgraded without any charges, my new room had the Bosphorus view Grand Deluxe room grand floor, very beautiful bosphorus view. also the internet is free in the all hotel with out password.

Magnificent. Excellent service with superb location.

я уплатила допорлнительную сумму за вид на Босфор.а нам предоставили номер 563 угловой из его окон мы видели другой отель и только при выходе на балкон проглядывал Босфор.Я обратилась к администрации о пересчете суммы,но они сказали,что это и есть вид на Босфор.Еще такие принадлежности как зубная щетка в номера не кладут ,а нужно просить дополнительно.Я думаю для такого уровня гостиницы,это должно быть само собой.А в целом- неплохо
