the historical building itself and the spacious yard next to the pool were amazing.. the front desk and welcoming staff were friendly.. - Food wasn't up to quality, both in room dinning and the restaurants (except for breakfast which was amazing). - Staff (cleaning, catering, etc) entered the room several times while we were in the room and the "do not distrub sign" is on, which was completely rude and un-professional.. - the BBQ dinner was full of flies as most of the buffet food was open/uncovered.. - location sucks.. but the facility is amazing.. - expensive (rooms, and services) |

I Liked the hotel because its simply beautiful, with super attentive staff. The staff is probably one of the best i have ever seen. And I have seen a lot. Location is good too. Right on the shore of Bosphorus. Food. |

we were married in ciragan so it will always have a special feeling for us. the location service and accommodation is of high value matched by very other hotels too much security because of high profile guests was a little discomforting |

the position of the Ciragan hotel overviewing the Bosporus is simply amazing The new building itself where all the guest rooms are located is not really a 5 star structure and somehow outdated with some areas in an inaprropriate and somehow trendy design.Excessive prices for almost all services and though recommandable for those who have to waste money |

The most terrible thing is that this hotel does make change of money from EUR to TL, and does not change from TL to EUR. It is really terrible because they leave you with a bunch of TL in your pocket to use it nowhere. I felt totally dissapointed and cheated. |

The serenity of the waterfront facilities, dedication and professionalism of staff, excellent restaurants on the premises (with Bosphorus view). Decoration in rooms high-quality but rather stale. Even if I had my room at a discount I found it rather mean that not even continental breakfast was included (less value for money than another Istanbul hotel I stayed at earlier in the same sojourn) |

Отличный сервис, отличный вид. Доброжелательный персонал, не вымогает деньги. Надо брать номер с видом на Босфор несмотря на цену. Очень хорошая спа. Дороговаты напитки в ресторанах даже по московским меркам. Не очень удачное расположение с точки зрения достопримечательностей Стамбула. |
