lobby and the corridors are cold, they should have used better materials on furnitures
Excellent location. Staff understood English reasonably well. We'll be staying there again.
Good location for most of the interest place by walking.
This hotel is a jewel in Istanbul. Everything is perfect: Location, staff, food and room. I really recommend this hotel for all travelers.
Location Cleanliness Room with view Friendly staffs
Perfect on everything
All the major attractions are just seconds away including the tram system which is easy to understand! Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, perfect rooms, we had a room where we could actually see Hagia Sophia and a bit of Topkapi Palace. Staff always smart helpful and polite. Fantastic breakfast which kept us going all day. Definitely stay again
The staff want out of their way to be helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel. It's location was perfect
Great location and friendly staff.
Very hard to find if you are driving because of all the one-way and private roads. We went to the Hagia Sophia Hotel first, which was right next to Hagia Sophia Hotel-Old City, but couldn't be reached without going around the block.
Perfect perfect location, excellent facilities, nice staff.
Bed is a little bit soft.
location is excellent . Room is very large with nice view .
food at breakfast !
there was no proper air-conditioning. Nights would get very warm and uncomfortable

Staff were very friendly, nice location, and rooms were nice.
Very friendly staff, great and varied breakfast, fantastic room, great value for money.
Very noisy construction works going on sometimes till late in the evening just outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault.
best view to hagia sophia good room good internet kind staff: give me early check in
air conditioning wasn`t working very well.
Very confortable and an excellent location to visit the old city.
The bathroom is good but lacks places to hang towels or small pieces of clothes you wash by your own. Taxis are a problem in Istambul. They insist in a extravagant flat price. So the location of the hotel may be a hindrance if you want to go for a dinner at the other side of the Golden Horn.
Very surprised how modern it was very high standard rooms.
The hotel is located in the old city in walking distance too all the atractons. The staff is very nice and extremely helpfull in organizing tours or help you out to get to what you want to see. Defenetly recomendet and I will stay there in my next visit
If you want to be close to the top tourist attractions of amazing Istanbul, this is the place. There are great restaurants closeby. In fact, we never walked more than 50 metres for excellent food. Our room had a mind blowing view of Hagia Sophia.
The sleep issue was not related to the confortable beds. There didn't appear to be much insulation between rooms as we heard our neighbour's TV all night. They clearly used it to fall asleep. We did mention it to the front desk after the second night, but it continued to be an issue night three. A minor annoyance, really.
Location was excellent
The room was too hot at night and the centrally controlled air conditioning was inadequate to cool rooms on the sunny side of the building. More hooks required in the bathroom to hang towels
i reserved three rooms i ask nice view they just gave one
1. The location of the hotel is just within few mins (less than 10mins) to get to the major old city attraction and basically right on top of the underground cistern. 2. The front desk team is very helpful, polite, speak good English and love the Turkish's charm on the first day of arrival. 3. Aydin particularly very helpful, provide assistant in all kind of information. Prompt in respond to our need. He also put me in the front row of room which get the relatively good view of Hagia Sophia. Appreciated. 4. Room is spacious, clean and TV is cool (which is the hidden from the glass type). Comes with Nespresso machine and spacious bathroom with good shower system. 5. Breakfast selection is reasonable good. Would be better if have more choices of hot food selection. 6. Overall pretty happy with the service of this hotel. 7. Good workmanship in the hotel renovation and millworks.
1. Wifi is working but a bit slow.
