A modern hotel in the heart of lovely Sutan Ahmet old city.

Location for historical place and nice cafes and restaurants l like the LCD mirror style and rooms are big

Showers items such as shampoos , shower gel etc no enough towels.

Great Location New Modern Hotel close to all the major sites of Istanbul but on a quiet street Staff cheerful and helpful Room quite large with all the amenities Bathroom very modern with a great shower

Bathroom is large but with no counter and no where to hang a towel

Location and room deco

The hotel is located very close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque, also very close to tram station. It is very new, clean, and tidy. The staffs are so helpful. One of the best hotels, I have ever been.

The bathroom has see-through window. Even having a curtain but it cannot totally cover. It may be nice for couple but it might be uncomfortable for friends or colleagues during business trip.

The staff manipulated me to cancel the booking.com reservation after I had found out that other people were paying much less per night per room. i was supposed to get a better rate for the rest of my days. However, as soon as i cancelled the rest of the days, the reception manager came up with rediculous prices that i could stay in the best top hotels in Istanbul. sure enough, I checked out and booked in a 5star reputable hotel for the rest of my stay.

Modern hotel with spacious rooms. Excellent location near Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi palace. Public transport facilities like tramway stop close by.

The location

I wished to chenged the room ,at first they Sade after tow days theyll do that..bout they didn't do it till the end of our stay and i didn't like that at all

Position

Lovely hotel room. Very high tech, all mods & cons in the bedroom. Excellent bathroom. Good room service and good food. Excellent service from the staff both for the rrom service and in reception. Very central. Just a short walk to the main sights to be seen, a perfect position in a street which is traffic free and therefore very peaceful and not noisy.

Terrace too sterile and blank, lacking in character which probably explained why it had few sitting there to eat/drink. It did not look inviting from the street either. The pub was terrible, which so much culture of their own I cannot fathom why a Turkish hotel would resort to a stuffy, old fashioned english pub setting. It looked right but did not feel right. Consequently we had only one drink there and fled to nearby cafes that were full of soft lights and ambiance.

The hotel is located in the old center of Istanbul, just 50m from The Cistern. New building good restorant .

The hotel really do not have a parking . The offered parking is very small and the stuff is not responsible for the cars.

It's a very nice hotel, clean and in the centre.

Being with a baby I was using a baby stroller, the hotel did not have ramp to use, we were struggling up and down the staircase. The reception was big but few seats for waiting. No hangers found in the toilet for the towels and the TV was behind a big glass what made it impossible to watch at day time with the blinds up.

We booked a more expensive corner room, which was supposed to have a good view of Hagia Sophia. However, the view was completely blocked. Insufficient height in wardrobe to hang dresses or trousers.

The staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel location is excellent. All of Istanbul's best attractions are within walking distance. We will stay there again at the price we paid which was very good value for money.

The dining facilities were too small for the size of the hotel.

Location, modern interior design, modern lobby, helpful staff,

No swimming pool, breakfast needs to have more choices, staff need to look after guests when it comes to booking a taxi such as a 1.to only book a taxi with a taxi meter 2.to tell the driver to switch on the meter 3.where the guests are going 4.how much to expect to pay 5.and to take a note of the taxi driver (car). Very often tourists are ripped off by taxi drivers. You also need to address this problem with your taxi authorities. Coffee in the hotel too expensive.

Central location

Looks all very modern today, but may be outdated in five years' time. Not completely finished (and will not be finished either? - eg paint) Staff are friendly but theit advice is not always accurate (eg bus connections etc) and too commercial

Great location. Excellent view from the double rooms overlooking Hagia Sofia. Good size room. Excellent internet service

Poor lighting. Air conditioning system out of control. Lack of housekeeping supervision (my room remained unserviced for two days until protested loudly). Staff will recommend tourist traps as good restaurants. If and when they clean up their act, it will be a good choice for Sultanahmet.

location near blue mosque and cistern. yet far enough from train and "hussle/bussle" of city noises to be quiet. bar and breakfast staff were excellent!

Location…location...location…! The hotel is designed with a new interpretation of modern Turkish with clean lines in white and a bit of wood…..refreshing after a full day of elaborate mosques and the Grand Bazaar.

After a lengthy email back-and-forth prior to arrival, we didn't get the room what we asked for, even with the additional cost agreed upon. I wish the hotel staffs have more knowledge of the practical things and know exactly where things are within the city. For a hotel with that standard, sending us to a touristy restaurant under the bridge is unacceptable, really.
