Family place , natural site location

Everything is very clean. The spa & wellness is very nice.

Please don’t book this hotel. Because this is not a 5 star hotel. It looks like a 5 star hotel and it’s very clean but it isn’t a 5 star hotel. Everything is not included in the price. 1. Second night we went to the disco club discovery and first of all it was empty. The drink’s we ordered we had to pay for it and the price is very expensive. The same with the drinks in the a la carte restaurant. The food is included in the price but the drink’s you have to pay for it. Again more than the normal price. 2. The swimming pool have no bar you have to go to the beach and in a hidden, corner there is a bar if you don’t know where it is you will not find it and it’s far, from the swimming pool. The same with the bar at the aqua park they advertise in the hotel about the snacks you can take between meals but if you don’t know where it is you will, not find it. 3. The kitchen of the hotel is horrible. The food is not tasty the food buffet is very boring because lunch and dinner have, the same food and because it was late in the season the choice of food became less, because there where almost no guest’s. Sometimes the food look like it was already been eaten before. 4. Staff at the restaurant is also very unfriendly. They not say hello or enjoy your meal. Just what do you want to drink and they get it for you. They staff even don’t know how to serve wine properly. 5. The wine taste like it looks like. Very bad and fake. They say this is French wine but in reality it’s Turkish fake wine. 6. There is no animation in the hotel. After dinner you can go to drink tea or coffee. And talk and sit but that’s all there is even no service. You have to go after this to the room and that’s it. 7. In the morning there is at the pool area very loud music.

I like the swimming pool and the restaurant foods

Dear All I would like to say that I had a problem in the rate booking Through booking.com is higher price from the hotel For example the price in the hotel is 1370 TR per night But in the booking.com was higher as a totals stayed for 4 nights the difference was arround 1000 TR MORE in the booking.com I hope to have a standard price because I was really chocked about the difference I informed the reception in the hotel , but unfortunately didn't help me and didnt pay me the difference Thanks and best regards Mohammad KASSEM

Location is good, close to center of city. Transportation was easy if you don't have a car. Food is good.

Service is no good. At the restaurant, they fill up water bottles from faucet and try to rip you. Happened in the Mexican restaurant, Front desk staff is not professional, argues with customers, some of the rooms too far from the beach, there is a shuttle service but there is no scheduled time for it, lucky if you catch it. People put their towels at the beach and never show up or show up late and you struggle to find a free space. They make their stuff wear long sleeve shirts and therefore they sweat and stink, people really don't care about their clothes, the management should take this as an suggestions and have them wear summer clothes.

- Very friendly staff; we were very well taken care of by the Guest Relations Manager who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable. - Good food selection - Fun activities for kids - Nice sea views and sunsets - Cheap and convenient shuttle bus to Bordrum

- the "all inclusive" concept was limited to specific restaurants during specific hours. - food quality was disappointing (e.g. juices and colas were watered down a bit too much). - buggy for getting around the resort stops service around 8pm - no internet in the rooms; one must go to the reception area and even there the connection is slow and unstable.

We were staying at the residents which is suppose to be the top luxury accomodation ersan can offer......the staff generaly very helpful in particular mr. Gokhan and mrs lubna they were outstanding, very helpful and the smile always on their faces, and in general all the support services staff were very helpfull, the location of the residents appartments is beautiful and the view is very relaxing

The reception desperatly in need of good english language speaking staff who can hold proper communication not few words......the management of the resort not in touch with day to day management problem.......we had power shut down twice during our four days stay!!!!.....we had a problem about the exact rates to be charges ( we were quoted two different rates), at one stage we were seriously thinking of leaving the resort however we were at the middle of summer high season and we couldnot find antwhere else......there is a sewerage design problem whre there is a bad smel near the elevators coming down from the water slide, this needs attension

Too much loud music at all places.

Food services

Room facilities were berry poor. Fridge did not work for 3 days despite many requests toamagent. Room service is very poor. Room was not cleaned for 3 days.

Evrythng about the hotel, it's simply amazing.

Welcome was perfect. Manager of hotel was very kind.responsible person for our suit was fantastic he take care of us for dinner and fantastic show and midnight dancing was very interesting. Italian and Turkish restaurant had good service.

The location is wonderfull

The service is horrible. There was no ac in the Lobby. I have asked for double bed and offered to stay for one night instead of 5 nights as planned earlier. We have to leave the hotel and continue our stay in another resort. It was a horrible experience that we never faced before in any of our previous stays. One thing, I can assure you that Booking.com is a reliable travel/booking agent, as they acted immediately to resolve this issue.

The comprehensive meals & drinks

1- Confusing layout @ room access 2- Expensive & inadequate room service 3- small size tv in rooms

The location is a little far from bodrum but nice and peaceful, great place to relax and enjoy the evening on the boardwalk. There is many pools for kids to play in in the summertime if you have a family. They were to cold when I was there in April.

Having to pay for water in the room 2 euro for small water. Limited seating in the speciality restaurants so have to book early. Food in the main restaurant (buffet) was ok but main dish was cool not hot. Not handicap friendly (wheelchair or walker) Unable to bring food back to the room, if someone got sick and could not leave the room.

Довольно чисто, чистые бассейны, территория, пляж. Много зелени, великолепный старый сад.

Отвратительные напитки, причем и местные и импортные, импортные за доплату и в бутылках налит непонятный суррогат, один раз попробовали и больше не рискнули. Причем сказали об этом администрации, та не среагировала, по-видимому в отеле такая практика принята. Еда однообразная и невкусная, что в главном ресторане, что в алакарт, персонал очень плохо обучен, уровень ниже, чем 3 звезды, сервировка убогая. Заплатив за VIP номер, все включено, должны были доплачивать за все, начиная с трансфера и заканчивая плохим турецким вином в ресторане :( Не рекомендую никому.

итальянский ресторан, на пляже достачно места для всех отдыхающих, отличный aquapark, красивый сад, spa центр и особенно турецкая баня.

кондиционер не работал в общественных местах, особенно вечером очень не комфортно находится внутри отеля из за душной обстановки. интернет всего лишь шутка, в течении 5-ти дней не удалось подключится не один раз.

All activities in the hotel and its amenities and its location

dealing of staff of the reception was very bad and there isn't central phones in the rooms , and there isn't list for restaurant in the rooms .

Everything there was simply perfect. Me and a couple of my friends took the imperial suite, known as residence 4. The restaurants at the hotels had better food than outside. We had our own coursiege who was beyond amazing and helped us in everything we needed, I cant wait till I go back again.
