Have Ottoman architectural design touch inside, very good looking

Club rooms are very small with a mini TV. The new building is much better (bigger, sea view) which is little bit more expensive but definitely worth the money.

Pool and beach area is good. Not much positive to say i guess

Rooms are in bad CONDITION. Simply not worth staying there. I would recommend not to stay there.

The rooms were excellent and very quıet. Spa facılıtıes very good. Servıce good. Hotel very swısh.

Dınner hot food selectıon was poor, same every nıght. 10 euros for bowlıng. No tea and coffee makıng facılıtıes ın room.

Everything was excellent, i̇n summer we will come back to club hotel sera .

The decor and luxury of the hotel is unsurpassed.The 'quirky' rooms decor makes you think you are in the middle east.All public ares are large and lavishly decorated and furnished.The all inclusive drinks menu was extensive and of excellent quality.The choice of food on the buffets was comprehensive with something for everyone, super breakfast buffet.

The staff were 'inconsistent' the majority of them were unfriendly and some downright rude with a few exceptions.The buffet if you ate late was cold at all mealtimes.Seeing the Russian guests at 7a.M. drinking bottles of their own neat spirits at breakfast was not in keeping with Turkish or European standards, this is not Siberia !

Club hotel Sera is a very luxurious hotel , with a wonderful internal design . It contains a lot of fine art touches in every place in the hotel , I felt as if I am staying in a fantastic palace with beautiful gardens . My room was in the main building very luxurious , comfortable and spacious room with fantastic side sea view , also the corridor leading to my room in the 8 th floor was wide and contain many beautiful decorations which make you feel happy and comfort before entering the room . Room , gardens , beach and every spot in this fine hotel was very clean .

The beach is not wide enough , and the main restaurant was crowded and sometimes it is little bit hard to find a place for dinner

the decoration was nice and guenuine. The staff at the reception professional and excellent bar tenders. The animation team were doing an excellent work gathering people together

The security staff of the hotel was worse then what you can imagine. They were violent, arrogant and started a fight with a 1 guy we met during our stay. 10 persons from the security hitting on him. He was just enjoying his time and wanted to stay a bit longer outside. The security staff didnt like this and this is where we heard some racism words and the guy ended up with his shirt torned apart with blood on it. His nose and mouth were bleeding and his face damaged by the punches. They were beating him for 10 mn and he was defenseless. The staff seemed to enjoy it. After, they kicked him out from the hotel, they stayed 2 hours outside with him. We heard the security manager trying to calm things down (maybe he finally realized the gravity of the situation) but he never apologized. Obviously the guy needed an ambulance and no one was making the call. They were too afraid to bring him there as they were violent for no apparent reason. Even the receptionist refused to call anyone responsible from the hotel. Obviously, the night staff does not fit the criteria of a 5-stars hotel. We were very chocked by what happened and took some pictures and videos. One of staff almost broke my iphone when he saw me doing this. The hotel is very good in all other aspects but after seeing this we cannot recommend this place to anyone.

these points : 1- the location for seaside is great 2- it is good for family with kids 3- free drinks

these points: 1- The serive is poor 2- No WiFi in rooms only at looby with password and slow 3- They have too too much chairs every where, that you feel you are in theater Not Hotel 4- if you are not family , you feel boredom 5- the room and TV is very old 6- the bathroom is so smal

The location of hotel is fine, rest is not at all. Food and services exreamly bad. Service big zero, food is just food. Beach is not beach, not clean and very small,No sand...3 Swimming pools, failry big, and clean, But not enough place for people. Drinks are limited, I dont know how I explain this hotel more. If you have not been stayed before 5Star hotel/s might be you may like it, But this hotel should have 3 or 3.5 star. Close to Antalya city center which is might best thing for that hotel. There were many family with childs. Big green garden. You must wake up if you want place from beach, or swimming pools...

Very limited breakfast, and food, Even only 4 kinds of fruit for all time. Very cheap plastic glass for drinks, and service is biggggg zerooo. No one care about of you, unless you fight. If you dont have any other chose, still no need to go this place. Because what you pay and what you have not even failry equal. Better to chose anyother options, or dont go holiday:) Cheers

Really I like this hotel so much.all is very good. I was been in this hotel about 4 times.i try many hotels in antlaya but club hotel sera is very good for me . I planning to come again in this hotel soon.

otelin abiansını, havaalanına yakınlığını, personelin güleryüzünü.

masaj yaptırırken mevsim bahardı, havalar tam ısınmamıştı ve çok üşüdüm çünkü üstü yarı açıktı masaj kabininin. dışardaki esinti direk kabine giriyordu. saunadan çıkan insanı hasta etmeye mi çalışıyorlar anlamadım. ve de gittiğim döneme göre gereksiz pahalıydı.

odalar çok hoş.

personel hiç gülmüyor ve sıcak kanlı değil.

Yemekler yeterli degil personel tanitim yapmiyor herseyi kendimiz bulmak zorunda kaldik ama yinede kotu bir otel degil

Vicinanza al mare, cortesia e professionalità dello staff. L hotel si trova a circa 30 minuti in autobus dal centro di antalya dove consigliamo di andare per fare shopping e comperare souvenir. L autobus parte a circa 200 mt dall hotel ed il biglietto costa meno di due euro ( gli autobus x antalya sono il 09 e il 10)

Noi abbiamo scelto all inclusive ma praticamente mangi le stesse cose per tutta la settimana. Cucina da migliorare.

otel girişi çok rahat ,geniş ve ferah. lobi kısmı gösterişli renkler,avıze ler ve koltuklarla düzenlenmiş.asansörler ulaşım çok rahat. spa ve havuz alanı çok güzel ve kullanışlı. oda koridorları çok geniş ve rahat..oda dekorasyonu değişik renklerle düzenlenmiş.oda büyüklükleri ideal. otelde akşam yemeği her şey dahil konaklama için çok yeterli. otel içinde ayrıca gece klubu ve dısko da mevcut...konukların rahatı için her şey düşünülmüş. bu oteli tavsiye edebilirim.

Отель посетили в начале апреля, работал только 1 ресторан. В сауне выключили свет, не дождавшись когда мы выйдем.

Gutes und professionelles Personal

Die Inneneinrichtung. So einen Kitsch gibt es nicht so oft zu sehen. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer ist alt und nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Standard.

Allt på hotellet var utmärkt för utom................

Det var rök lukt på badrummen och lobbyn,måste komma in med ventilation på något vis.

Kısın ısıtma Gündüz çalışmıyor , lobi haricinde otelde wi-fi internet yok , yemek menüsü zengin degil, sürekli benzer yemekler çıkıyor, lobide garsonlar oldukça ilgisiz
