It was cold when we arrived there. The Boss picked us up to the hotel. It was nice to stay in the cave room, but just in the cave there is no wifi, a little bit inconvient but upstairs in the kitchen and reception we can use the wifi. We booked the balloon from the hotel. It was on the first day cancelled but the boss tried his best to make 2 places for us. It was fantastic and we may also take a shower before leaving although we have checked out. The boss drove us to the bus station and also droved us to the turkish night festival. Thank you so much! The location of the hotel is also recommanding. You can walk almost everywhere to the nearby sightseeing and shops.

Dangerous slippery deck and steps to downstairs bedroom. A railing needs to be installed. Steep steps up to bathroom - a rail would help. TV constantly on in communal area.
Great view. Value for money. Good WiFi.

My room was a cave so cannot connect wifi well .

No hanger in shower to hand your towel :-)
January 3, 2015
The wifi was available only from the lobby.
Ekrem was very helpful - he volunteered to give ride to us to the city center on our first night and to the bus station on the last day. We stayed at a smallish cave room - it was very well maintained. I (but not my girlfriend) found the air a bit stuffy - but I guess that had to be expected from a cave.

Very kind and helpful staff, they organized for us daily tour ( green tour to Underground City and Ilhara Canion) , tickets for next stop (Pamukkale)... We can check-out later wirhout any extra payment, take a shower after very busy day before the night bus(10 hour)to next stop in Pamukkale- it was very necessary and very kindly of them. It was great pleasure for us to stay in coco cave- we recommend it.

I stayed an extra night and I wish that I didn't have to leave! Ekrem the guys who runs the place picked me up from the bus station and checked me into a room hours before check in time, he also arranged some great trips for me and a balloon trip. Good breakfast with a great view. I slept in a cave room and had a great nights' sleep every night, there was always hot water. The hotel is very close to the town centre and the bus station. Loved it! I'm coming back next year!

-Poor breakfast. -Indecent WiFi signal quality (better on the street than on the rooms). -No room cleaning service. -Humid, stinky bathroom with moldy flip-flops. The shower is a hole by the toilet (I have photos to prove all this but unfortunately I can no attach them). -It is advertised as hotel but once there we discovered that it was a "pansiyon" (turkish equivalent to hostel). -There is no private parking. It can be difficult to park on the street because there is place for just 4 cars near the so-called hotel.
+The callenge of getting up aerlier than other guests in order to be able to get some bread slices and a boiled egg as breakfast. +Realizing that there are many more hotels in Göreme and Uchisar.

No room service same sheets and towels for three days which wasn't nice in the damp conditions of the room.

The owner was very helpful, picking us up from the bus stop on arrival, and gave us lots of information about things to do. The cave room was really comfortable and it was a great experience.

As the name says, it`s a cave hotel! Awesome experience!

The owner might seem a bit pushy at first but is just a matter of style and is a very nice guy
The suite caves are engraved in the mountain and very well decorated

Only a minor gripe, but there was no access to clean drinking water from the rooms. It would've been nice to have had a communal tank somewhere for the guests to get their drinking water, or perhaps kettles in the rooms. Moreover, the airport transfer we had arranged showed up after two hours of waiting due to a 'mistake' - I really think this could have been handled better.
Staying in a cave is definitely an experience! The cave rooms are spacious, clean, and lovely and cool inside, especially in the summer months. We even had a lovely little porch just outside the room. Ekrem, the owner, was very helpful in advising and arranging tours and day trips for us. He even took us around on a private tour, which was fantastic. Overlook the fact the car could use a little work, because you wouldn't want to take a new car around the places you'd like to see in Cappadocia.Ekrem showed an intimate knowledge of the local area, particularly with reference to the areas that tourists would be interested in seeing. The upstairs terrace and porch outside our room also provided good vantage points for watching the hot air balloons go up at sunrise. The provided breakfast was also nice. Overall a pleasant stay; would recommend!

maybe too many stairs, but it's unavoidable in a cave...
Eko, the owner of the hotel, has done a big effort to find us an alternative when the hotel was full, and he even helped us a lot giving advices about visiting the place and the ruins. We are most grateful to him.
August 25, 2014
Our room had a very small window and therefore was very moist inside from being a cave.
Other rooms seemed to have better ventilation.
August 22, 2014
Humidity in the rooms
Excellent position, wonderful experience inside real cave rooms
August 20, 2014
There was no diary cleaning.
The staff very fluent in English. Very good giving sugestions for places to see in capadokia.
August 17, 2014
It's so humid its hard to sleep. They didn't have our room ready the day we arrived, and they put us in a "brand new" room... which was a humid storing hole minutes before we arrived (they delayed our check-in until 4:00 pm). There was mold all over the place and the floor was all wet. We had to change room, the second one wasn't any cleaner of even dry.

Room very tipical and particulary. Manager has bought tabacco for us and joking a lot.
