Outstanding value for money, a huge amount of well-appointed space and separate sleeping/living areas. Washing machine in suite. Courteous staff. Would be great for a long-term stay. The area is less than ideal, a 10-minute walk to Basmane station along a road with lots of somewhat dodgy bars/strip clubs. Fine for men or a couple, but women alone might feel uncomfortable. |

very clean,very friendly and cooperative staff,value for money,wifi everywhere in the hotel,minibar without extra cost,breakfast in the room without fee the only disadvantages are: the location (It is pretty far from the center and the beach, but there are frequent vans to get there), despite the good noise isolation we heard noise especially early in the morning |

The reception staff ( I think his name was Bore or Borak) was extremely nice, polite, helpfull, and always smiling. Family suites are very very large. Suite had every thing we needed (cookware, plates, freg., cloth washer) Carpet was not that clean and old. Need more attention with regard to cleaness. Area seemed old, but this is common in Izmir. Hotel enterance was smaller than It should be. Reception in the second floor. |

The accommodation was very comfortable. Having a separate living room was homely and our breakfast delivered to our room was decadent |

This is an excellent hotel providing first class service and rooms which include kitchen facilities a lounge area and separate bedroom. Breakfast was delivered to the room. The service of the staff could not be faulted I have nothing but praise for this hotel it is one of the best that I stayed in in Turkey. If it has a fault it is in its location which is in a less desireable part of Izmir . However this should not distract anyone from enjoying this hotel |

The equipments in the room are good. There are also washing machine and kitchen. Hotel staff are very kind that they help us to make reservation online. no bathtub |

Friendly and helpful management, ready to offer directions / travel advice for the city. Apartment well furnished and in good condition.Good seating to read/relax.Easy access to public transport/taxis. A cafetiere/filter pot would be a useful addition to the kitchen. |

After 2 and a half weeks in Turkey The Residence Comfort took my breath away with the value for money we got from our room. My husband and I were upgraded from standard room to a suite free of charge and it was greta to be able to just kick back and on a living room couch after a hectic travel schedule. We enjoyed our room so much, we almost didn't come out! Will definitely recommend and stay in it again. The website advertised washing facilities but the room showed no sign on self service laundry. Instead the hotel offered this service (at a charge) |

Excellent modern mini apartment with good facilities. I liked the layout and separate bedroom. Bus stop outside, only 5 mintues to centre of Izmir. |

Great Residence! I really recommend this hotel/residence. Big spacy rooms, modern, clean, and managed very profesional by Mr Bora the hotel manager. They have a room breakfast service free of charge. LCD tv in room with even DVD player and fast Internet! A+ You will not find a better place in Izmir including the 5 star hotels!! Location is only 5 mins cab drive from kordon (beach side with cafes) and will cost you 3 dollars only! It's not located in the best area of Izmir but who cares since it's very close everywhere (20mins to airport)!! |

Great apartment hotel with perfect facilities (had everything needed for a longer stay - equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area), extremely polite and helpful staff, good value for money The location of the hotel is central, however a bit challenging for a foreigner, which is not a problem if taking a taxi to touristic sites |

Huge room as if a suite.Cleanliness, comfort,room size, value for money.Breakfast in bead was a good idea, but quality of the food was average.Use always a small map-room card that the hotels provides to you, cause taxi drivers ALWAYS mix up the Hotel with another...maybe on purpose for an extra 3 Turkish Lira....I am used to, travelling in Turkey since 2001. The Hood of the Hotel is a 8 minutes drive to the center.Dont try to take a walk around, you will feel unhappy with what you will face.No room service in general.The view at the back side rooms and some kind of smells from overview factories |

You feel like home, like you are in your own appartment feeling comfortable. helpfull staff will provide you with all information you need. breakfast is delivered into your suite on your own time and food selection. the hotel is near by the metro station. attractions can be reached by taxi not so far from hotel but not a walking distant. the reception is in the 1st floor, just use the elevator when you first walk in |

Everything!!! From the moment I walked in the room, it was perfect! I have been on a 7 month deployment and to walk in and be able to put my feet up and feel like I am at home and not in a hotel was just completely awesome! The staff was excellent. I didn't want for anything. Whenever I come back this will definitely be the place I come back to....like a second home. |

I do actually want to make a complaint to your company i was meant to check in at residence comfort hotel on the 8th of november when i got to the hotel in a taxi the door was locked i was stood at the door on my own for 2 hours whilst nobody was there. please bare in mind im a young girl and across the roads are brothels and strip bars. I was unsafe and had to ring your company who then rang the hotel to open the door.its absolutly disgusting and i was not told the location was near prostitutes and strippers which put me in an unsafe and vulnerable position. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me with any feedback about tmy complaint. |

The cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was brought to the room, a very lovely idea. Also Bora was extremely helpful. He arranged a tour for us to Ephesus and arranged for a taxi to the airport. Everything about our stay at the Residence Comfort Suites was very good. We just wished for a little bit of a better neighborhood. We did not go out at night. |
