Tempo Residence Comfort Izmir  

The room was beautiful and spacious.Breakfast in the room!Very nice bathroom and shower.

Noisy street but if you close the window most of the noise is blocked out.

The staff is nice. The room is so great and way beyond our expectation. The location is ok which is easy to go to train station, bus station and airport.

Staff were really helpfule. Spacious and comfortable room. They served breakfast in the rooms with our choices and preffered time, which were really great. We checked in at 10:00 am without any problem. Room facilities were all we needed also. Thank you Tempo residence.

Hotel itself was great but sorrounding was not that attractive. It's better to take a taxi right from the hotel to your destination and back.

No jim room at the hotel

I like the staff and the owner was super in helping me find leather for my business. The area is not the best but take a taxi to where you are going is easy. Walked around the area no problems will go back and stay here again very nice people and my stay was super.

Fantastic suite for a very good price, very friendly staff. The receptionist helped us a lot and gave us very good advice. I loved the fact that they deliver breakfast to the room.

Very spacious comfortable apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. 15 minutes from Konak pier.

The Tempo is not in a tourist area and some bars near the station look 'seedy' although it is quite safe and no-one approaches you.

Everything! When we entered the hotel we were greeted with a friendly smile our luggage was taken care of and the staff debriefed us on where to find what;how to order breakfast to our room, the wii-fi password and to help ourselves with free welcome drinks.They even kept home delivery and take out menus for the visitors conveinience. The room was clean and spacious and they have designed it as a furnished apartment, so you can stay there longer and feel right at home. On the second day of our stay we did laundry but the clothes didn't dry completely so we had to leave them on the back of chairs and on the floor. When we came back to our room they had placed all our clothes on the laundry rack, cleaned our room and also restocked some more coffee, tea and body lotions for our use. this was something that wasn't offered at any other hotel we stayed at in Turkey. The reception staff also helped us find our way through Izmir and marked on the map places we can visit in Izmir.Overall the experience was great and we would definitely choose tempo again :)

The only thing we hated was leaving the hotel.

Hotel was relatively new and was close to the city.

It,s on a main road with lots of trafffic. While there was parking around th eback it was limited. Staff let me down badly when an offer of help didn't happen which left me very inconveinenced.

Excellent service. Reseption and managers very keen to help with a health problem that had one of my friends. I will definetly choose this hotel again to stay in Izmir.

The staff were friendly. The flat was very comfortable, it had everything you needed and was well laid out. It provided a unique service which I have never come across before, unlike other hotels or apartments that I have stayed at, Tempo residence provided breakfast to us in our apartments. We had to tick a menu provided in the flats, with our choice of breakfast meal and leave it on the door knob before 9pm. Breakfast was brought to us at a time suitable and specified by us.

We had a washing machine in the flat but there was no airer to dry the clothes.

Home from home and a fantastic breakfast ! probably not the best area but dolmus cars pass entrance every few minutes and 2 lira will take you straight to Konak pier area.

We arrived late at this hotel after a very long day of travel. The staff were great at getting us settled in quickly and couldn't have been more helpful, the rooms are absolutely great and very spacious and comfortable - a real treat at this price. The views over the city were great. There were facilities to order in food and pre order breakfast to eat in the suite. Frankly, the whole experience was absolutely brilliant and I would use this on every future visit to Izmir.

Both my husband and myself chose this hotel as we went to Izmir for eye laser treatment,we needed somewhere to relax and rest after, I could nt have chose better, the apartment was very intact more than very comfortable . This was better than the Hilton at London heathrow, if I had to rate this on stars I would give it 10 out of 10
