The hotel room is quite comfortable and the installations are new and pleasure. The neighborhood is really not good and there is no good restaurantes around. |

Huge room as if a suite.Cleanliness, comfort,room size, value for money.Breakfast in bead was a good idea, but quality of the food was average.Use always a small map-room card that the hotels provides to you, cause taxi drivers ALWAYS mix up the Hotel with another...maybe on purpose for an extra 3 Turkish Lira....I am used to, travelling in Turkey since 2001. The Hood of the Hotel is a 8 minutes drive to the center.Dont try to take a walk around, you will feel unhappy with what you will face.No room service in general.The view at the back side rooms and some kind of smells from overview factories |

You feel like home, like you are in your own appartment feeling comfortable. helpfull staff will provide you with all information you need. breakfast is delivered into your suite on your own time and food selection. the hotel is near by the metro station. attractions can be reached by taxi not so far from hotel but not a walking distant. the reception is in the 1st floor, just use the elevator when you first walk in |

Everything!!! From the moment I walked in the room, it was perfect! I have been on a 7 month deployment and to walk in and be able to put my feet up and feel like I am at home and not in a hotel was just completely awesome! The staff was excellent. I didn't want for anything. Whenever I come back this will definitely be the place I come back to....like a second home. |

I do actually want to make a complaint to your company i was meant to check in at residence comfort hotel on the 8th of november when i got to the hotel in a taxi the door was locked i was stood at the door on my own for 2 hours whilst nobody was there. please bare in mind im a young girl and across the roads are brothels and strip bars. I was unsafe and had to ring your company who then rang the hotel to open the door.its absolutly disgusting and i was not told the location was near prostitutes and strippers which put me in an unsafe and vulnerable position. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me with any feedback about tmy complaint. |

The cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was brought to the room, a very lovely idea. Also Bora was extremely helpful. He arranged a tour for us to Ephesus and arranged for a taxi to the airport. Everything about our stay at the Residence Comfort Suites was very good. We just wished for a little bit of a better neighborhood. We did not go out at night. |

The room and cleanliness were wonderful but the hotel staff, particularly in reception were incredible. They were friendly and helpful going out of their way to help us find places we wanted to visit. |

Its spacious, modern, comfortable with all appliances and very clean. Its better for longer stays to make use for kitchen. Its really like a comfortable, modern flat. Reviews were negative on the breakfast, but I found it ok. The area is not the best to walk, particularly after dark. However a quick taxi ride from the centre. |

We enjoyed our stay very much and like all things offered. We did not like the area. It was very sleezy with unsavoury bars and clubs. Felt safe during the day but did not go out much in the evening. Was upset when told we had not paid our bill when in fact it was paid 4 weeks before on the internet. We were asked to wait and in fact it was for another room number that had not been paid. They did not check this correctly. |

We liked the breakfast, the firmness of the mattress, the size of the suite and the access to kitchen facilities. At the end, the water in the toilet ran continuously. No one seemed to know what to do about it. |

Clean comfortable hotel in middle of madness. Wrong side of tracks so to speak but still only 15min walk to waterfront so no problem.Room itself was clean and with separate living area and depending on your point a view, a view of the inner city hills an factory behind but all in all a good price / value place to stay while in the madness that is Izmir |

The breakfast is served to the rooms at the time you choose, which is really nice. There is no iron in the rooms. I needed to iron my clothes, but I couldn't. Actually, I didn't ask for a help to the hotel management. If I had done, maybe they would give me an iron and ironing table. Another thing I didn't like about the hotel is its location. The hotel isn't in the city center. I had to take a taxi whenever I want to go to the city center. It takes 5 minutes to get the city center, but I would prefer walking rather than taking a taxi all the time. |

Reception help, everybody was kind, everybody was ready to help, especially "Bora-Bora". Really aan excellent guy. Breakfest. Totally poor. Except of the last morning (breakfest brought by a man at 6.00), there were problems each of the 7 mornings. The women always brought something else, not ordered, and they always forgot to bring the whole order. Totally chaotic. They don´t know, what scrambled eggs are, they don´t know, what fried eggs are, even when ordered in their mother tongue... One day they did´t bring the breakfest at all.... They don´t know, that omelette ordered with tomato doesn´t mean ordered with cheese, or mixed... |

Rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The hotel is located in kind of red-light district and all the locals have worned us that it is dangerous. This made us feel a bit allert. Breakfests are served in rooms and they are not very inspiring. |
