Residence Comfort Izmir  

I'v traveled to many countries for touring. This hotel is the best one to balance the cost\satisfaction equation. The room is so big and so clean compared to its value. Everything is in excellent condition as if I'm the first one to use the room, while the hotel is 4 years old (2012). I traveled with my wife and my 1 year old child. The hotel is less than 15 Minutes walk to (Basmane) train and metro station and Izmir conference center (contains a Luna park, a big park and museums . I'ts also 20 minutes walk to (Kemeralti market) and the sea (Konak)

- There is no bell boy, but some of the staff helped me with my bagage. - There are several night clubs on the same street on your way to the metro station and the old market (Kemeralti).

Nice room and good value.

Parking and finding it were a bit difficult.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and is the perfect place to stay if one wants to get in close contact with the local population and experience the sounds and smells of the city. Great local watering holes to get a cheap cold one, with good local pub grub.

Very comfortable and spacious suites. Good for business or leisure. Walking distance from Konak square. Reasonable tariff.

I found this hotel, very comfortable, clean, the suite had all the facilities that were required for a short break. The staff were excellent in their communication, helpfullness and knowledge in directing us into and aroud Izmir attractions and town.

Location a little bit and the size of entrance of hotel and reception area in the first floor and small but ok

Hotel staff was fantastic. Offering advice, help with tour guides, and even local restaurants that delivered dinner to our suite!. Recommend highly.

To have the breakfast in the room but variety could be better

İnsana evindeymiş hissini uyandıran rahatlık olanakları yüksek seviyede idi. Konaklama süresince buraya geliş amacına yönelik her türlü isteği karşılar nitelikte olması da oldukça memnun ediciydi.

Konum olarak i̇zmir'in merkezinde olmasına rağmen otel çevresi biraz insan gözüne hoş gelmeyen mekanlarla dolu.

Tesisin ve odanın modern ve kullanışlı bir dizaynı var,odada ev rahatlığını yaşayabiliyorsunuz,Tesis oldukça temiz, oda ve kullandığınız esyalar hijyen kurallarına uygun.

Otelin sloganı da olan "Evinizden uzaktaki eviniz" tam anlamıyla doğru :) Bu oteli tercih etmemizdeki temel neden evimizdeki rahatlık ve özgürlüğü yaşayabiliyor olmamız. Ev ortamındaki hertürlü imkan mevcut, otel tanıtımında ne yazılıysa doğru. Herkese tavsiye ederim...
