ホテルのフロントの方がとても面白い方ですごく話がはずんだし、イズミルの地図を広げてオススメスポットを- 教えてくれたり本当イズミルのイメージがよかったひとつにこのホテルのフロントさんの人柄ありでした！！ま- たホテルの部屋は文句なし！！すごくいいです！！

the receptionist was very helpful and polite all the time. the staff very friendly

The equipments in the room are good. There are also washing machine and kitchen. Hotel staff are very kind that they help us to make reservation online.

Friendly and helpful management, ready to offer directions / travel advice for the city. Apartment well furnished and in good condition.Good seating to read/relax.Easy access to public transport/taxis.

A cafetiere/filter pot would be a useful addition to the kitchen.

I must admit the staff went out of their way to help us in any situtation!

Great Residence! I really recommend this hotel/residence. Big spacy rooms, modern, clean, and managed very profesional by Mr Bora the hotel manager. They have a room breakfast service free of charge. LCD tv in room with even DVD player and fast Internet! A+ You will not find a better place in Izmir including the 5 star hotels!!

Location is only 5 mins cab drive from kordon (beach side with cafes) and will cost you 3 dollars only! It's not located in the best area of Izmir but who cares since it's very close everywhere (20mins to airport)!!

Great apartment hotel with perfect facilities (had everything needed for a longer stay - equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area), extremely polite and helpful staff, good value for money

The location of the hotel is central, however a bit challenging for a foreigner, which is not a problem if taking a taxi to touristic sites

The hotel room is quite comfortable and the installations are new and pleasure.

The neighborhood is really not good and there is no good restaurantes around.

You feel like home, like you are in your own appartment feeling comfortable. helpfull staff will provide you with all information you need. breakfast is delivered into your suite on your own time and food selection. the hotel is near by the metro station. attractions can be reached by taxi not so far from hotel but not a walking distant.

the reception is in the 1st floor, just use the elevator when you first walk in

Everything!!! From the moment I walked in the room, it was perfect! I have been on a 7 month deployment and to walk in and be able to put my feet up and feel like I am at home and not in a hotel was just completely awesome! The staff was excellent. I didn't want for anything. Whenever I come back this will definitely be the place I come back to....like a second home.

I do actually want to make a complaint to your company i was meant to check in at residence comfort hotel on the 8th of november when i got to the hotel in a taxi the door was locked i was stood at the door on my own for 2 hours whilst nobody was there. please bare in mind im a young girl and across the roads are brothels and strip bars. I was unsafe and had to ring your company who then rang the hotel to open the door.its absolutly disgusting and i was not told the location was near prostitutes and strippers which put me in an unsafe and vulnerable position. I would appreciate it if you could get back to me with any feedback about tmy complaint.

The hotel manager Bora was excellent, very helpful and made our stay very relaxed and pleasant

Its spacious, modern, comfortable with all appliances and very clean. Its better for longer stays to make use for kitchen. Its really like a comfortable, modern flat. Reviews were negative on the breakfast, but I found it ok.

The area is not the best to walk, particularly after dark. However a quick taxi ride from the centre.
