The staff at reception are rude and not freindly They made up a mistake in my booking without any aplogy!

The facilities of the common areas

The room was not at all up to a hotel of that category: the carpet of the room was dirty. The shower was simple (only one attached to the roof), and I would have liked to take a shower without wetting my hair... Internet was not free but very expensive. No toothbrush or toothpaste. Room quite noisy (noise from neighbours) even if on the garden side.

For the Price is too Much....

I have reside again in Conrad Istanbul. Having booked a sea-view room, and finally get No 621, is not what expected. I know what sea-view means from my previous stay in the Hotel. Very old room - Heavy used room, no rufurbishement till now compared to what I had in mind from last visit.

Location, on the hill, quiet, service restaurant at 14th floor with nice view over bosphorus, good food,

Hotel a bit rundown but clean, they are renovating, wifi 42 euro per day, charging for wifi at this standard of hotel is unacceptable, even if there is no wifi anywhere, even at Starbucks at airport !!!

Location and view of the rooms are perfect. Hotel location is just in the center of Istanbul and very close to most of the city. Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Our room was more than decent but not the best. Actually there was a message in our room indicating that all the rooms in the hotel will be renewed within a year. So probably in the near future rooms will be perfect too. Room service was also very good and quick. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who will visit Istanbul and like to stay in the city.

Generally I would rate it an ok hotel with convienent location.

Check-in was a mess. I was given a room where inhouse safe was not working and the staff was unable to fix it and was also not willing to change me to another room (there was no issues of occupancy). It took me two hours to convince the hotel staff to change my room until I met the afom (Duty Manager) after which my room got changed, upgraded etc. etc. However, when I asked the Receptionist for meeting with the Duty Manager she asked me the most stupid question "whether I have appointment to see the Duty Manager"? I didn't say enough other than that "I am your inhouse guest and I have every right to see the Duty Manager without appointment esp when I am annoyed with your services" but trust me said a lot in my heart..... I feel the room should have been checked before releasing for sale otherwise the first Front Office person whom I complained should have dealt it there and then in a professional manner rather than creating inconvienence and annoyance for me for two hours. Secondly, not ideal for solo travellers.

I had a special offer from the booking.com. Price / value for stay was great. Perhaps that was due to the time of year with low season. I enjoyed the stay very much - prime location, great food, awesome views - if the price would as affordable as it was during my stay, I would really prefer to stay there again and again.

One somewhat disappointing comment: staff could be a bit more attentive and client concerned in the reception. My feeling was that the moment they learned that I am not a Hilton frequent stay card holder, they kind of lost interest in me and considered our stay (with my spouse) as a discount stunt. I have bunch of other - including Priority Club (interconti), Sheraton, Jumeira, Hyatt Gold and other cards... So, I was somewhat annoyed by such a perceived arrogance. On the other hand - restaurant and room service was great! very attentive and following to the detail of the orders given. enjoyed food and service very much

It s so bad time in conrad.and also their receipsionist and manager. Very late time in the evening Name is tolga and genco not pleasantable for us.the room is 3.star and not clean.also we didnt use mini bar but they charge it.the room is not confortable and so old.so expensive.

Good, contemporary, 4-star business hotel in newer, upscale neighborhoods of Istanbul, with good city and Bosphorous view and a nice pool.

For those wanting proximity to old section of Istanbul, Conrad would not be ideal.

Staff are courtious, peaceful atmosphere, concierge services are excellent, the view is good and the breakfast is wonderful

A 5 star hotel with very helping stuff and spacious rooms. Not on the hot spots of the city, but very close.

Very expensive services and restaurants.

Nice structure with a lot of facilities (swimming pool, sauna, gym..). Staff professional and friendly. Nice terrace at the top of the hotel with a fantastic view on the bosphorus. We have also a good price for our 4 nights stay at the hotel and after first night they upgrated us to a better room at 11th floor with bosphorus view.

Some of the staff were very friendly some not that much - I think it was personal but again they can improve on this. Overall it was a happy stay.
