Nice view from the bar In the reservation there was a note that there will be an upgrade for all stays longer than 3 days. This didn't happen. The staff at the reception told me that they don't do any upgrades. |

Great service and availability of staff. Nice comfortable room, very clean. Great to receive complementary water every day. Toilet seat rather uncomfortable, bath "curtain" insufficient to stop water falling on the floor, the bed pillows were much to soft! |

nice hotel the smell of the hall and the reception area and the monet resturant when they serve the beakfast it smells like kitchen and when you get out trhe smell is still in your clothes!! |

Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odamda banyonun lavobosu tıkalıydı.. Conrad gibi bir yere yakıştıramadım. |

Zeer strenge beveiliging in functie van Economische top Islamlanden, maar zeer discreet en klantvriendelijk. Gastronomisch niet op peil van de rest van de uitstraling. ZEker het Mezze- restaurant was beneden peil en ook het restaurant op de 14de verdieping kon beter. |

в отеле можно курить только на 14 этаже в summer bar. Консьерж, рецепция и сервис рум работают на отлично. Расположен отель недалеко от улицы Босфора, но рассчитан на отъезд и приезд из отеля в основном на автомобиле, так как пешком гулять можно если Вы экстремал, - узкая улица, много автомобилей и по возвращении с прогулки Вас ожидает подъем в гору... отель необходимо освежить, чтобы улучшить общее впечатление. |
