Receptionist was very nice. We could leave our bags in hotel luggage room after check-out without any payment. It was very nice. We could spend all the day in the city without our heavy backpacks. Sharing bathroom. There is one room with wc, shower cubicle and wash basin for all rooms on a floor. You can shave while someone is making one's toilet just behind the thin door. Photos of room and bathroom were much better, then they are in reality.

The location was excellent - 2 minutes walk from the tram stop and right in the heart of all the must visit tourist sports in Istanbul. The room came with free breakfast. The room was very cold at night- it was end of October and there was hardly any heat coming out. The room was as basic as it gets - just a bed with a thin blanket. No towels or soap provided, no tv or phone or wifi in room. The walls were painted an awful gross dark bright pink and one of the walls was full of accumulated dirt and looked like it hadnt been cleaned for days.The hotel staff varied - two guys were quite nice and informative. One guy who sat in the evening was quite rude and would really snap back at you depending on his mood which made me quite uncomfortable. The wifi only worked in the lobby area. Toilet was shared.

Location was great, breakfast was standard Turkish. Clean bathroom, good shower. Very quiet, prayer call barely audible, not enough to wake you up. No air conditioning Quilt was pretty old and grotty.

Cordial House Hotel just offers you what you need; it's not too flashy and doesn't give you things you don't want, which means the price is very reasonable. Staff are reasonable and non-intrusive. Good location, close to transport and sight-seeing points, but also far enough away from the main tourist areas for more cheaply priced, genuine local Turkish meals and shopping. Showers have lovely hot water. A bit skimpy on basic items - disposable cups in the kitchen with no porcelain to drink hot tea and coffee from.

How fresh, modern and quiet it was. Fantastic location - close to all major sites, supermarkets, pharmacy and cafes/restaurants. Great price. The kitchen facilities were very poor. Cooking would've been impossible and was disappointed that there were not even any mugs or glasses available - but for the price this was easily forgiven.

The hotel was relative inexpensive, located in a perfect part of old Istanbul, and offered guest a free breakfast every morning. The rooms were too cold and there are too few toilets on each floor's common bathrooms.

We stayed at Cordial House at the end of November. It was very well situated (close to the metro and close to the sites). The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Free wifi but only able to access it in the hallways or in the lounge area. We booked a room for 5 of us - we were like the 7 dwarves - it was 5 beds in a row with little to no room to even put a leg between. We were only staying for one night so it was okay to be cramped. We got to have our own bathroom which was nice. Breakfast was very simple - boiled egg, bread, veggies, coffee and O.J. (more like tang than O.J.).

It has a best location and excellent ant pries. It has also professional reception staffs, there were a super in supporting and helping the guest. Other services like cleaning and internet connections are available all the time and they are happy to support. to sum up, this hotel is one of the best hotels that i got. Missing of swimming pools. It needs more space for recreation. No car's parking.

Our stay was very comfortable. We were travelling with our 1 year old child and the hotel staff were very co operative. Very easily accessible/ walking distance to all the major sight seeing places in the area. 2 minutes from a Tram station. Very helpful Travel Desk. As it is situated on a busy street a bit of thicker curtains which would break the noise and eliminate the street light would make it better.

ascensor,big room , big bathroom ,big bed ,very close to the important and touristic destination in the city, close to the tranvia . the hotel has a modern design and is very clean. noise becouse of the people young in the hotel, bad breakfast, the people working is stressed by the tourist but gives you information if you ask.

Hi, They stolle from me a money: I paid at the beginning for one month: After I decided to leave after 10 days. They said me you have to change your reservation throught booking.com because the resevation was done with booking. No problem, I do it and they received from Booking.com everything but thet never refund me the difference. Never go to this hotel: very dirty, no integrity, ...

Perfect location, close to all major tourist points, monuments, temples, Grand Bazaar, etc Impeccable cleanliness in all areas of the hotel; sparkling bathrooms. Very friendly staff, accommodating to all my needs. Excellent breakfasts. Also, tramway from/to airport stops half block from hotel it could not have been better!

Rooms and bathroooms is clean. Location is excellent, It's near to tram station. They are free wireless internet at loby. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpfull. Nights may be cold in winter. Blankets are thin.
