Hi, They stolle from me a money: I paid at the beginning for one month: After I decided to leave after 10 days. They said me you have to change your reservation throught booking.com because the resevation was done with booking. No problem, I do it and they received from Booking.com everything but thet never refund me the difference. Never go to this hotel: very dirty, no integrity, ...

Cordial House Hotel just offers you what you need; it's not too flashy and doesn't give you things you don't want, which means the price is very reasonable. Staff are reasonable and non-intrusive. Good location, close to transport and sight-seeing points, but also far enough away from the main tourist areas for more cheaply priced, genuine local Turkish meals and shopping. Showers have lovely hot water.

A bit skimpy on basic items - disposable cups in the kitchen with no porcelain to drink hot tea and coffee from.

The hotel was relative inexpensive, located in a perfect part of old Istanbul, and offered guest a free breakfast every morning.

The rooms were too cold and there are too few toilets on each floor's common bathrooms.

Rooms and bathroooms is clean. Location is excellent, It's near to tram station. They are free wireless internet at loby. Breakfast is good. Staff is very helpfull.

Nights may be cold in winter. Blankets are thin.

We stayed at Cordial House at the end of November. It was very well situated (close to the metro and close to the sites). The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean. Free wifi but only able to access it in the hallways or in the lounge area.

We booked a room for 5 of us - we were like the 7 dwarves - it was 5 beds in a row with little to no room to even put a leg between. We were only staying for one night so it was okay to be cramped. We got to have our own bathroom which was nice. Breakfast was very simple - boiled egg, bread, veggies, coffee and O.J. (more like tang than O.J.).

It has a best location and excellent ant pries. It has also professional reception staffs, there were a super in supporting and helping the guest. Other services like cleaning and internet connections are available all the time and they are happy to support. to sum up, this hotel is one of the best hotels that i got.

Missing of swimming pools. It needs more space for recreation. No car's parking.

Our stay was very comfortable. We were travelling with our 1 year old child and the hotel staff were very co operative. Very easily accessible/ walking distance to all the major sight seeing places in the area. 2 minutes from a Tram station. Very helpful Travel Desk.

As it is situated on a busy street a bit of thicker curtains which would break the noise and eliminate the street light would make it better.

ascensor,big room , big bathroom ,big bed ,very close to the important and touristic destination in the city, close to the tranvia . the hotel has a modern design and is very clean.

noise becouse of the people young in the hotel, bad breakfast, the people working is stressed by the tourist but gives you information if you ask.

The staff was incredibly helpful, informative, and friendly. They helped us book a great deal on an airport transfer, gave us maps and guides, and gave suggestions on good places to eat. The common areas were friendly, clean, open, and inviting, so it was fun to hang-out and check emails in the common areas. Thank you!

The carpet in the room had many burns in the floor and the blankets were scraggly so it gave it a sense of being dingy, but the actual cleanliness was up to par on close inspection. Daily house-keeping was appreciated. Thank you!
