Everything was perfect. First class treatment. Staff should be set as a role model in training prospective employees in the hotel industry! Well done.

Near airport for transit

Very bad smell at the room like kitchen,,i ask to turn the heater nothing happend ,, ask for internet nothing happened its bad hotel

Mariot Istanbul : far away from City not so comfortable near high way and air port and noise nothing in mini bar only 1 litre water Internet charge in room not breakfast

Staff friendly and attentive. Room clean and well appointed. Breakfast very good.

Shuttle from the airport only runs on the half hour so if you miss one you can have a long wait for the next

The room was very comfortable and the staff quite friendly, although there was a problem in obtaining breakfast due to checking out before breakfast and paying "in advance"

Wait for shuttle bus. There is far too long between pick-ups. Breakfast is not particularly good for the price.

It is not first cases service. Do not expect someone to take your luggage to the room. Dining facility is too sall specially during breakfast time. We have to share the same table with other guests. Overall service is not for the hotel Marriott class.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The location was near the airport, but still a 5-10 minute drive; they offer a free shuttle that runs every hour.

location is in an industrial area and there is no where to walk, shop etc Food costs were outrageous on a world scale. No one should eat at that hotel period

The only thing I liked about the hotel , it takes 10 mins to reach the airport

Everything, starting with the barbecue smell in the room, creepy old hallways, unfriendly staff, isolated area with no facilities nearby, it was disappointing, especially that it had the name Marriott on it. Defiantly not for families. It's old and needs a lot of maintainence.

It is close to the airport and has a shuttle. We were between trips and that was all we needed. We left early and they were kind to give us a small breakfast packed to go. The full breakfast, at the hotel restaurant, is very good. The room is clean and has all you need for a night. To visit Istanbul it is not an option, because it is far from city center.

It is expensive and they do not have, as many airport hotels, early check in and late check out, or hourly rates, so we spent 24 hours and paid for 2 full days.

Even "Don't disturb" label can't save you from Housekeeping service - this staff is really there from 10:00-16:00 h - asking /high volume voice Housekeeping?Housekeeping?Housekeeping? ....This is really disturbing when all you want is just to sleep :)... and the price in lobby bar is really special... High special :)

The rooms are spacious, breakfast is excellent, internet is working properly. It is close to the airport and there is a free shuttle.

Location a bit far away for a citytrip. It is quite far from the historical centre. Breakfast is 18 eur, which is a bit exaggerated.

The staff at reception. Waiting 3 hours to give me the room for that i was request sent for early check in. nobody give me answer..

Had to pay for wifi in the rooms.

No one took my luggage. Parking was not free of charge. Check out took too much time.

The rooms are very comfortable and of an excellent standard. The hotel boasts an excellent restaurant with delicious food, including healthy options. This was a nice surprise. Gym, Pool and Sauna is very nice to have in a "hotel airport"

It's not exactly in the airport or even next to the airport; it's rather about 7 minutes taxi ride from the airport without traffic; as it is a motorway, it's actually a little far to be called airport hotel. Could perhaps be a little more competitive in price.

Since we were transiting through Istanbul the hotel was ideally located close to the airport.

Good hotel for an early morning flight from Istanbul airport. Shuttle convenient and reliable. Rooms spacious and clean; staff professional and efficient.

Hotel restaurant overpriced.
