- The room was pretty ok: more like 4 stars though. - We got a good price (90 Euros per room per night with included breakfast) but still wouldn't go to this hotel again. - Varied breakfast, but with no real coffee. - It is very far from anything. - Hotel's beach is narrow and with big stones causing feet hurt; in the evening, it becomes full of dubious people and the access tunnel is locked for security reasons (nobody bothers to inform tourists about this). - The beach bar is a lie: it is back at the hotel's pool and there is 1 employee on the beach taking orders. - The private parking is lie: it is a vacant terrain where also the trucks park. - Breakfast is a mess: tables are not cleaned, personnel is rude and doesn't speak english and coffee is bad instant coffee. - Strong sewerage smell at the entrance to the hotel. - Reception personnel is very rude: they were looking at us like if we shouldn't be there. - Nobody cleaned our room for 2 days in a row and the sheets were not changed for 6 nights in a row. - 1 day, there was no TV from 9 to 18 as they decided to scan channels. - Free water/tea/coffee in the room were replaced only when they were in the mood. - We changed 4 room access cards as they kept broking. - The bathroom is much too small for 5 stars. - There is no king room (another lie), only standard with double or twin bed. - We asked for double bed with 3 months in advance and we got twin. - Sea view is actually on a side, not sea-front and the balcony is like 30cm. - Some room facilities broken. - No minibar price list. - Unusable boiling cup because of short cable. - Internet is slow and not all sites work. - Feedback form only in turkish language. - Room had a hard smell when we got it.

Although smaller than it looks in the photos, it was a luxury hotel. Most of the staff was friendly. The free use of russian, turkish and finnish bath and a low temperature pool was a very "powerful" plus in our stay there. The hotel was smaller than it looks in the photos in booking.com. The beach near the hotel was not good, near the high traffic and speed road. The hotel apart from food and spa facilities was not so good in terms of entertainment. The bar was poor and the live music every night was not enough to make you stay there for a pleasant drink. We would wish for a better bar to be able to enjoy a night drink. We never got our bed sheets changed, even though we stayed there for a week! We used the tour services of the hotel. They would cooperate with a local travel agency, as the lady in the guest relations told us. We paid for each trip (we made 2 trips!) 55 euro per person, whereas other people who came in the same day with us with the same services, paid 25 euro per person and 39 euro per person (different prices for diffrent hotels!!!!), for the same services (free lunch, free entrance to the museums etc). We complained to guest relations dpt but the only answer we received was that we are lying or these people were lying to us. So, we paid extra 120 euro extra than other tourists in Antalya for the same services and we were called liers! I thought this was a very irritating and indescent thing to do. Pity for the name of the hotel. The other complaints (not good enough cleaning of the rooms, no changing of the sheets, not satisfactory room service) are minor, comparing to this!

The hotel is located on a very busy street. I was there for a business trip so that did not really matter but I would not want to use the outside pool. The hotel is nice and new but the management and restaurant is a joke. I was assigned a room and found another guest already in there, when I opened the door...

kahvaltı kalitesi çok düşük.2 çeşit peynir parçalanarak ve çeşitli baharatlara bulanarak fazla imiş gibi gösteriliyor.Alınan paraya göre kalite biraz daha artabilir.

On the positive side, this hotel has a reasonable price as compared to other "5 star" hotels in Antalya. The rooms were clean and everything worked. But, that's all. I’ve stayed at many other Crowne Plaza hotels (in Turkey and other countries). This one is an anomaly, in a negative sense. There are so many bad features to this hotel; that I don't know where to begin. First off all I booked a non-smoking room but they put us in a smoking room; and when I phoned to complain, the receptionist insisted that I was booked in a smoking room and there were no non-smoking rooms left. I had to go to the receptionist in person and show them my booking before the problem was reluctantly rectified (sort of). The hotel in general has a boring and uninviting ambiance with tired décor to boot. Internet usage is free but restricted (they block many sites). Our room had extremely poor sound insulation (I was kept awake by the neighbors loud chatting till 04:00 AM). The restaurant is another huge letdown; it has a less than mediocre breakfast and dinner buffet. The restaurant coffee had a horrible burned taste (I could not drink it); so when I asked for an espresso, they brought me an “espresso” made from instant coffee. The orange juice is artificial. Some of the vegetables were stale and obviously were the left overs from the prior meal. I could go on and on…

We were promised a room facing the river. What we got was a room facing the Staff Car Park. When we asked to speak to the manager the staff said no one was available and all the rooms were full (ye right!). I asked when the manager is available to contact me but no contact was made. No staff were ever available. I mean a simple service such as money exchange they wouldn't do until you persisted, given a lousy excuse they didn't have enough cash. The hotel was miles from anything, we couldn't go anywhere without using a taxi or the bus. The hotel felt like it was in the middle of no where. The room was quite small in comparison to the pictures. The staff were unhelpful and generally if it was not for my partner I would have just walked away and would not have bothered staying one night. Yet despite all this I sent a message before going there requesting to have a good room along with good services and to make our stay as comfortable as possible as this was our honey moon what I got was the total opposite.
