Staff, spa, breakfast, location
Extremely helpful Guest Desk staff at hotel entrance
Very poor internet connection Very poor satelite TV channels
Design View from the room Location
Aircon was wrong and they tried to fix it 6 times before finally changed the room English was poor
Wifi Pebble beach
its a real 5 star hotel the viwe is amazing stuff are very frindly
the wifi signal is week and far from the city centre
Excellent location, close to beach , large rooms and very helpful staff!
Only wifi is not that good
-AC is not working well. -Room cleaning is very bad. -The restaurant glassware is always not clean. -You'll be lucky if you find one out of 5 glasses of water clean!
Hotel is perfect nice beach and pool good breakfast good location although it is far from center of Antalya but still u can find whatever u want 5 min walk clean very helpful staff
Wi fi connection is very slow and useless most of the time
My room was too big.. I had a jacuzzi, view, air condition, wifi , big bed and tv.. I was peaceful..
It would be more clean
Excellent of every thing
Wifi not good
Nice swimming pool with access to the beach, friendly staff, room size good with a great view
Location ... Quite far from the centre, not well lighted washrooms, business centre printer out of ink and desk top old and slow
Polite staff. Clean freshly remodeled rooms. Quick response to our needs. Great food - nicely cooked and various.
The staff speaks English poorly, except a couple of reception guys. Even ordering food from room service was so much annoying due to that. No drinking water. One free half liter bottle per person per day, and that's it. There is no way to get it at a reasonable price close to the hotel. We had to walk half a mile to the store to get it every day. Tap water tastes like chlorine. Lousy wi-fi, which disconnects each time you leave the room, and you have to log in again after coming back. Horrible disgusting beach of the hotel - 20 metres of narrow pebble coast, densely filled with beach chairs. You can't swim there without swimming shoes - tiny pebbles hurt your feet like hell. Warn out curtains and beach towels. Unflexible buffet policy - if you miss breakfast, you can't have lunch instead. Short buffet hours. Breakfast hours end at 10, which is too early.
Swimming pool, private beach, tour desk
Wifi, wifi, wifi.....location, rooftop restaurant
Bad service .. very bad food .. broken down facilities .. expensive .. noisy .. wedding parties and loud music after midnight .. extremely rickety towels .. etc...
Although the beach is public, it's remoteness from other places makes you feel that you are on a private beach. Hotel provides you with free beach towels and sun loungers, which is great. Food is good but not exceptional. Views from the sea-view rooms are amazing. Rooms are comfortable and aircondition works perfectly. Overall very good value for the money we payed.
I had an impression that this hotel was built to be an amazing exclusive hotel, but the staff/owners has since lost their motivation to excel. Everything was okay, but not excelent :) The rooms (especially bathroom) could be better maintained and cleaner. There is still a lot of room to improve food as well. Hotel feels kind of empty (the ghost rooftop restaurant and "shopping mall" - they should consider closing this). WiFi is working sporadically and is not stable. Prices in the bar are just crazy (5 EUR for small beer) - wouldn't it make more sense to charge less, than some people would actually buy drinks. Instead, poll and beach bars look deserted.
Proximity to the sea, direct access to the beach and variety of options in buffet breakfast
Quality of service is not up to the mark one will expect from 5 star hotel.... Crowne Plaza needs to make some improvement in this department.
overall good hotel nice private beach with direct access quiet surroundings far from Lara 10 mins from local shops and restaurants
overpriced restaurant with unpractical working hours disfunctional business center no international TV information channels
Every thing expect bathroom and wi-fi connection
1-Wi-fi connection not stabil 2-Bathroom design and water pushing
Very friendly and helpful staff. Near Konyaalti beach, 5M Migros, Aquarium, etc. Good and easy access to public transportation to the old town, Kemer, Lara Beach, etc. The sea view was breath-taking. Room was clean and comfortable (I liked the room of my first staying experience. It was VERY spacious and the facilities were wonderful. The room in my second time was smaller, probably because it was a tourism season, but it was still comfortable enough.)
WiFi is not working properly sometimes and it constantly connects & disconnects.
The pool is nice and the breakfast has big variety of food.
Common areas are not clean, staff doesn't speak english. Wifi was very weak in the room. There isn't enough sun bed available around the pool, no aircon in the elevators and the staircase can't be used at all, which is very annoying if you needed to go only 1 floor down. The furnitures were a bit dirty in our room, and the floor around the wardrobe was wet and soggy, not a nice experience... Room service not picking up the plates and cutleries (we also called them 2 times and they came the next day!!!) so people keep it ob the floor outside the rooms, which looks not too charming. Some machines were not working days long in the gym..
I arrived tired and grouchy because for some reason i had expected an airport pick-up, no fault of theirs, in retrospect they didn't promise one possibly being a domestic arrival. Not knowing how to get to the hotel, but somehow the town's bus shuttle driver on the airport route and some fellow commuters who spoke English helped in finding my way there. One even paid my fare having no liras on me. Gracias On checking in, as beautiful as the room i was given on the 5th floor was, i didn't like it because it was at the extreme corner. I made a request for a room with a front sea-view and Tucce promised to get me one. Between herself and Umut, i got a new room the next morning. It was my birthday and i also got a surprise birthday cake. Thanks guys. You made my day. I only got to use the indoor pool and spa facilities a few hours to check-out, i mean what was i thinking not doing so earlier. I had the space all to myself, clean, sparkling and serene. Zero disturbance in the room and i always met it made up. I got precise directions and extensive suggestions on where to go in town, thanks Aliya and Giscard. The grilled salmon i ordered via room service late one night was delish for €10 From Elena, Aliya, Guhan (sp), Giscard, Tucce to Ali and Richta (sp) at the security post, thanks for making my short stay exciting. Wish i could have stayed longer. P.S I missed that flight i was rushing for, printing the boarding pass would have helped. Thankfully, i was able to get another flight and made it in time, narrowly, for my flight to Lagos.
More variety, read, meat on the breakfast buffet. I ate breakfast once so i don't know if meat featured on other days. I should have insisted on starting my checkout early incase of any eventualities, i ended up missing my flight.
We had to wait for six hours before we could check in, although i had written an email informing the hotel about our early check in.
Lazing by the pool
Wi-fi was awful, drinks were overpriced for Turkey
Great hotel and service, great value for your money. Lots of things to do in the region, great weather and water temperature in the sea.
I liked everything!
Staff was very nice to us and very friendly to our baby; Location is great, if you are planning to stay far away from the city center; Excellent food, open buffet and special dinners are offered, such as sea food, etc. Nice swimming pool and pool bar;
Hotel ad says wifi in all areas free of charge. That's not true: in the whole swimming pool area (outdoor) plus the pool bar, there is no wifi, because it was disconnected due to safety reasons several months ago; Also, in the rooms wifi is very unstable and does not work properly. Hotel ad says Ambrosia restaurant available for dinner (that's a restaurant on the 10th floor, with sea view). However, the hotel decided to close the restaurant due to bad weather and did not inform the guests. The restaurant banner was still placed in the hotel lobby as if the restaurant was working normally; Not every staff member speaks English, and we got some very wrong information due to this issue; The brochure in the room says that there is a beach bar in the hotel area at the beach, with service provided by the hotel. That's not true, there is no beach bar whatsoever. There is nothing at the beach, except some chairs and a wooden platform, where a security guard was posted to avoid people jumping the fence from the street to the hotel (very unsafe, by the way). If we wanted to stay at the beach, we would have to gom back and forth from the beach area to the hotel through a tunnel. Not very convenient, in our opinion. Brochure in the room says 1 bottle of water will be provided free of charge everyday. There was no water bottle in our room when we arrived; Shops downstairs did not open at 9:00 am as advertised. After we asked what was going on, we were informed that the owner of the shop was sick (the hotel does not own the shops). Only after we insisted to know what could be done to solve the problem, we were offered a "convenient" solution: a car would take us to the closest mall so we could buy the item we wanted. Less than 10 minutes later, a miracle happened and the shop owner showed up and opened the shop!
