Room conditions, decoration and especially bathroom is quite nice. They have iron sets in rooms. Lighting is "smart" that they put also reading lights on bed tops. They have complimentary coffee and tea in room. But they put only "decaf" instant coffee. I asked for a normal one from reception, and it did not come.. |

The room facilities are basically nice, except that the air conditioner is not cooling. The location is excellent, within walk distance from a big mall and a metro station. The air conditioner was not cooling and the room virtually became a sauna house, waking us up several times through the night. We tried opening the windows but then again the street noise nearby became unbearable. During checkout reception said my visa card was rejected (which I used at Crowne Istanbul and Crowne Izmir successfully just a few days ago), and we had to pay cash. When we asked if we could postpone the checkout time by 1 hour (since we have a 1500 coach to catch) the request was turned down without even checking if bookings were full on that day. |
