It was clean and modern with good bedding They let us store our bags for a few hours after check out.

We could not find this hotel and no one knew where it was even when we were a block away. The room card almost never worked - we went repeatedly to the front desk to have it fixed. The wifi was hard to use and kept kicking us off. The Muzak in the hotel is completely obnoxious - stop with the canned harp music already. Why play the same 30 minute track of American and fake Irish music from first thing in the morning until late at night - it was horrible for someone with ears! breakfast was carb heavy and the coffee was bad We could hear the Muzak from our room - when I mentioned the Muzak as a problem the poor front desk people begged me to report it It felt impersonal - like a corporate hotel in any city - how about some Turkish apple tea on arrival and Turkish music on the sound system

Staff friendly and helpful. Location okay but not perfect for tourism. Adjacent to tram line. Attractive and clean hotel.

Bathroom in the room was very small. Too much clutter in the room. WiFi unreliable and only allowed one device connection at a time.

I requset early check in but they let me check in after 2 pm. Very bad location if you will use Taxi it's take to long to get out from the bad trafic aroud the hotel. very small Room . For sure will not recomend it to any one for the value they ask.

The service was awful! I ordered large room , but they provide me small and uncomfortable one-bedroom!!! (I ordered 2 berdoom). Not very clean, lots of arabian people

The hotel was in a fantastic location just outside the main tourist attractions in Sultanahmet and from the grand bazaar.

The location is amazing. The service and style is 5 stars. The value for money in room reservation was good. The staff are helpful within their language barriers. I liked the diversity in the Breakfast Buffet. Nice variety and delicious.

The staff are very weak in English or any other foreign language which caused a communication problem. The food was expensive at the restaurants for the quantity and quality. The internet connection in the public areas is connected to your passport number and was automatically disconnected once we checked out despite the fact that we had to stay in the lobby for 3 hours, we were not granted late check out. I also did not like that we were given a room in the attic, where we needed to go up the stairs after the last stop of the elevator. The hot buffet (like eggs, bacon, and cheese stuffed burak) were cold compared to the fact they should be hot buffet.
