Crowne Plaza Izmir  

High class, clean, lots of ammenities, great pools and spa.

Not much around within walking distance. Shuttles available.

The staff in the restaurant and bistro were extremely courteus and went out of their way to notice what we liked and made efforts to accommodate our habits. The shuttle service to and from the city was very useful and efficient. The view from the room was breath taking. Since it was winter it was wonderful to enjoy the sea from inside :)

I found the staff at reception rather arrogant. We made a complaint and they went out of their way to try to prove it was our fault. It made us rather suspicious of them. Although they were actually always helpful. We were charged for things which we had the impression were supposed to gratis. Clearer labeling would have been helpful as well as details in the room about breakfast times and so on.

If you got a room at the seaside, the view was awesome. I could see the sunset. The breakfast had many varieties and very fresh. They also had free shuttles to the airport and city centre on request which was very convenient.

Nice hotel with good views over the seaside and Sultanahmet Moscue.

There was no iron at all at the hotel. They told me to walk along the street over nearest laundry to iron my clothes. It is unconvenient.

This is a comfortable hotel with hospitality. The spa has many alternatives and the breakfast is much better than the other city hotels . It is a little far from downtown Izmir but they have shuttle services for the people who needs them .

Reception staff was very impolite and I really did not like their welcome, even I was in there for honeymoon first night, definetely I will never stay anymore in this hotel...

My job is trading, Export & Import to my countr. I've been at several counties worldwide and stay in at least 60 hotels such as Accor Group, nH Group, Novotel,Dorint,etc...., But staying @ Crowne Plaza was a big pleasure for me receiving a very good service and relax for a while specially with my family. We hope to have time to stay there in March (nourouz).

The hotel is clean and the stuff are very friendly and the breakfast was very good and comfort and very nice view of sea . if I travel again to izmir I will saty definitely in crown plaza

We had a great relaxing romantic night with the wiew of İzmir bay. The room's landscape was much better than the Manzara restaurant. Rent a seaside room and have your dinner in your room. I will be back again.

The hotel is luxurious and have a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff in the reception treated me badly when I first came and I felt that they are looking down on me. I don't know why, but may be because we were a big family with small children. Also, the was no tissues in the rooms we got.
