Nice hotel with good views over the seaside and Sultanahmet Moscue.

There was no iron at all at the hotel. They told me to walk along the street over nearest laundry to iron my clothes. It is unconvenient.

The comfort, gorgeous views of the sea, friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and marvelous food were all highlights. Also, there are excellent - first-rate - recreational facilities (state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, pool; even a heavy bag for boxing) and free wi-fi in the room. Our last night we ate in the hotel's gourmet restaurant and were delighted to discover the food was superior and the servers not only efficient but great fun. And the buffet breakfast is sensational (except not included in price of room).

The most difficult thing about the hotel is its location, which is outside the main center of the city so somewhat inconvenient. However, the good side of this is it is very quiet, relaxing and has beautiful vistas onto the sea. The other negative thing is that breakfast is not included in the price of the room; guests should be aware of this when booking. But the buffet the hotel serves is magnificent and worth the extra cost.

We had a fantastic weekend. Didn't want to leave the room because of the wiew of the İzmir bay. It is beautiful in the night and in the morning.

Reception staff was very impolite and I really did not like their welcome, even I was in there for honeymoon first night, definetely I will never stay anymore in this hotel...

My job is trading, Export & Import to my countr. I've been at several counties worldwide and stay in at least 60 hotels such as Accor Group, nH Group, Novotel,Dorint,etc...., But staying @ Crowne Plaza was a big pleasure for me receiving a very good service and relax for a while specially with my family. We hope to have time to stay there in March (nourouz).

I just was in hotel for few hours, so I had no time to appreciate all the possibility of the hotel.

We only stayed one night on our recent trip and will definitely return again. Everything was excellent.

We had a great relaxing romantic night with the wiew of İzmir bay. The room's landscape was much better than the Manzara restaurant. Rent a seaside room and have your dinner in your room. I will be back again.

The hotel is luxurious and have a very nice view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent.

The staff in the reception treated me badly when I first came and I felt that they are looking down on me. I don't know why, but may be because we were a big family with small children. Also, the was no tissues in the rooms we got.

Personnel moyen (certains ne sont pas du tout amicales, d'autres le sont un peu plus) Climatisation qui faisait du bruit Sorte de building, hotel beaucoup plus dédié aux séjours d'affaires que pour des vacances "classiques" Beaucoup trop éloigné du centre ville (20 à 25 min en voiture) malgré la présence de la navette (qu'il faut réserver....et même lorsque vous le faites vous risquez de l'attendre 1 heure, c'est ce qui nous est arrivé un jour)
