Excellent staff, good rooms albeit not large, very good location but can be a bit noisy if you face Taksim Square. Resatuarant good but a bit pricey

hotel was in a good location but was directly above a bar that played loud music in the evenings. if you wanted to enjoyt the view of the city you had to listen to very loud music coming form the bar below

Best location for shopping, and plenty of restaurants around. Bathroom is well set up and is spacious

The room floor carpet require urgent replacement and is not hygenic, including two chairs. Wardrobe hangers keep on falling due to poor designed/holders, and wardrobe is not user friendly...

The location and the friendly staff ans specially the manager Plus the spa was very nice and good value

The hotel was amazzing I will for sure book in it for the next times. The decoration is elegant the rooms though they are little bit small but were classy and clean the location is supper excellent , the breakfast was excellent as well . Really enjoyed my stay at the cvk hotels taksim. Thank you for ur hospitality

The hotel amenities are great, everything is new and well maintained, the room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming, but as they didn't speak English very well, communication wasn't too easy. Location is also great, as it is at Taksim Square.

We had a major problem during our stay as our room was on the 8th floor and just below the restaurant, so we could hear everything that was going on there, since early morning during breakfast. And in our 2nd night, they hosted a party in the restaurant which didn't stop till 2 or 3 am, therefore we could not sleep as the music was extremely loud and we could hear people moving above our heads. We tried to call the reception and complain, but they didn't seem to care much and said there was nothing they could do about it. They recommended us to write a letter to the management, but no one contacted us so far.

I like the location of the Hotel and I would like to thank Mr. Fatiihy Muratk for their assitance and their cooperation with us.

I didn't like the window of the bathroom it can be shown from out side.

1• Very friendly and helpfull staff 2• staff communicate in English very well 3• hotel location is perfect at the top of istiklal street 4• Spa services were good although they had only one person for message and Turkish hamam with peeling which necessitate the booking to avoid any delay

1• They had only 1 person at the front desk office and that might cause some delay if many customers are around to serve 2• all the extensions buttons in the phone for available facilities were directed to the reception as well 3• noise from outside or neighbor rooms was annoying but rarely happened during my 10 days stay 4• it would be perfect if they add some items to their breakfast buffet like freshly baked waffles and pancake, serve fresh orange juice instead of the instant powder mix served meanwhile...

* I was worried about the staff attitude but i was very pleased from the way they treated us and they even upgraded our room when we asked them too * There was regular Room Service but in the last few days they were not as good as the they were in the start * The location is amazing * We travelled in winter and the hotel was very warm so we had no issues with the weather * Breakfast was included in our stay and it was delightful , they offered different meals everyday * The hotel was affordable not the cheapest but it was worth the stay

Breakfast would only stay till 10 a.m in normal days

The biggest Building site next door, mus be building a new Hotel and they work all day and all night meaning you dont sleep. Really really disappointed and ruined my whole trip.

The path room was little problem about no (beeday) hose for clean the bottom as they fix something to clean the bottom with cold water I hop they fix this ... Thanks.
