I was travelling along the southern coast of Turkey by car and Hotel Dalyance was by far the best accommodation I had during my trip. I'd like to thank Sarah, Sonic and every other member of the staff for being so welcoming, caring and willing to help. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a general store and a couple of restaurants in walking distance. There's a plenty of room to park a car. In fact, you could even park a tank there. The city center is a 5-minute walk. My room was spacious and perfectly clean. The balcony was as private as it gets. The on-site restaurant doesn't overcharge and offers some great local wines. The room service is daily and non-invasive. I can't name any flaw, even minor one.

Prachtig hotel, vriendelijk personeel en hele schone kamers!
Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river.
Absolutely stunningly beautiful Dalyan on the river. There's something very spiritual about walking along the riverside path, especially at night when the rock tombs are lit up. Such a peaceful place. So glad it's a protected area, so there's no high rise blocks anywhere. The beautiful beach is protected also, and the journey there by riverboat is breathtaking. So many great restaurants to choose from - we were never disappointed. Lime restaurant stands out as one of the best. Dalyan is one of my favourite places, to which I'm hoping to return to many times.

It’s such a friendly town , the bars , restaurants, hotels , accommodations , the boat people. Dalyan is one of the nicest places I’ve ever visited, there is so much to do here . Loved getting the water taxi to Iztuzu Plaji ( ₺140 Turtle beach - English Beach ) , and on another day, the bus (₺65) to the other end of the beach ( Turkish Beach ) a lot less crowded . The English beach gets stampeded by the boats from Marmaris, around lunchtime so it’s best to visit in the mornings , what some do is get the boat to English beach and walk the 6km to the Turkish beach and catch the bus back . Sun beds are cheap at ₺50 (£1.50). There are plenty of different boat trips to choose from , you can also hire a private boat ( which I did with friends- amazing day (£250) 10am until 5pm . . Also you can do jeep safari’s , which take you to the difficult to reach places . One thing you must do is go to the top of Radar Hill , for a breathtaking view over Dalyan , Dalyan Delta , Sulungur Golu ( Lake) the mountains and the Mediterranean. Drove my car most of the way up , then walked the rest of the way , as the track was impassable in an ordinary vehicle . But if your not a walker , then this is part of one of the Jeep Safari’s. You can catch the ferry ( ₺10) over to the other side of the river , and walk up to Kaunos ruins , well worth the 2km walk , and on your way back walk towards the rock tombs , and catch the rowing boat (₺15) back across the river . My favourite place to eat was Natural Paradise Restaurant ( Doğan and his brothers will look after you , and the food is great ) and my favourite bar The Corner Bar ₺80 for a pint of beer , with two big screens to watch sports . There’s plenty to do to keep you occupied for 2 weeks for sure . And the season goes on until the end of October.

Dalyan is busier than I thought it would be with many, many bars and restaurants. Going in September meant an older customer base and we didn't see any bad behaviour !! A good base to do sightseeing.

Dalyan is a lovely small town, which is not over devloped as a tourist attraction. The facilities are great with an abundance of bars, restaurants, clothes shops and gift shops.
The town is nestled at the foot of the cliff bearing the famous carved rock tombs.
The town has a nice little park with a wooden decked pier at the water's edge, which is great for photo shots of the tombs. If you are lucky, you might see an open-air wedding ceremony on the pier with the bride and groom taking their vows against the backdrop of the tombs. If you do not witness a wedding, then you will most likely see a bride and groom posing on the pier for their wedding photo shots.
Apart from that, you might enjoy the turtle beach, the turtle hospital, boat trips to the sea and the lake, mud baths, hot springs, fishing, diving, microlight aircraft flights, jeep safaries, partying until 2 am etc. etc. etc.

The all day boat trips are great and very good value, the BBQ is excellent.
The moonlight trip is especially good. The Roman city is a must and the little cafe by the river is good too. The walk is not too far , also the graveyard on route is worth a walk round.
Taxi's are cheap and we found all the eating places very good.

We stayed at the amazing ARP Dalyan hotel which was on the river opposite the rock tombs, superb place lovely staff, clean spacious rooms with air con, big swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds, 10 min walk into town with restaurants, shops
Nice quiet location yet only a few minutes to nearby restaurants and bars in centre. Pool area and sun loungers were very nice. Nice colourful plants around.
Breakfast was good but a bit limited. They did ask later if it was ok and we suggested good yogurt and granola and more fruit, which were available next day, so well done on that.
The hotel is small which we like and neat and tidy, ( we had a look at the other hotels on our shortlist just to compare, and we certainly made the right choice by a long way )
We loved this place so much! They really care about you here, and will help you feel home. Awesome turkish breakfast will be such a delight. And waking up with so much sun and birds was a real paradise imagine that I will keep in my mind for a long time. Hope to come back again and enjoy it a bit longer.
Room was just a bit too small for long stays, but they have really nice outdoor gardens area with flowers where you can spend time
This is a completely wonderful & fabulous little boutique hotel in a perfect location just on the outskirts of Dalyan but still close enough to comfortably stroll in to the main town. Nothing is too much of an effort for Becky & Emrah & they were the perfect hosts for the whole of our stay.
Breakfast was beautifully fresh, serving delicious local produce to a very high quality .
Quite simply a wonderful & unique hotel .
Beautiful location . Saw turtles every morning at breakfast. Largest I have ever seen.Food very good and drinks great. The pool and bar set up is the best.on Saturday the did a tour and bbq.One guest caught blue crabs so they bbq them too. Owners of hotel ran boat tour. Able to swim off of boat with natural springs.Unbelievable! Peaceful property and short walk to other restaurants and tour boats.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Amazing location and design, charming atmosphere thanks to the friendly owners, great homemade breakfast and pancakes, a small pier with sunbeds to swim with a view over the ancient tombs))) The taxi boat stop to go to the Turtle beach is directly by the hotel. The vibrant town center, shops and restaurants are a 5-7 walk away.
The location was very close to the center ( around 10 minutes walk to the ferry boats to İztuzu Beach and Dalyan center) but private enough for relaxing with a balcony overlooking nature. Cihan and the hotel staff were extra accommodating and helpful. They helped us with booking a taxi last minute. The pool site was renewed and tidy. We'll be back!
Amazing location on the river. We loved seeing the turtles at breakfast! Large pool with loads of sun beds we especially loved the covered cabanas with lots of cushions for lounging in the shade. Such a relaxing hotel surrounded by nature but short walk from town along a lovey riverside path where we would spot hedgehogs!
Just what we were looking for. The inside of the villa was so comfortable and there was everything that you could need during your holiday. The outdoor area was so peaceful and the area around the pool was perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or eating meals. We will be recommending this villa to other friends and family.
I love my room, large, clean, nice kitchen, good wifi and comfortable bed. Stuff are very kind and helpful. It is located very quiet area, but supermarket, restaurants are walking distance. I stayed here during whole Turkey was locked down. So I really enjoy the pool :) oh and I love washer machine is in my room :)
Right on the river, most beautiful view from my balcony of the tombs. Literally on doorstep to boats and town. Food was lovely and staff respectful as a solo lady travelling.
The hotel had a raj feel, I think one of the first built, I prefer authentic rather than boutique plastic.
The location was perfect, as was the room, the breakfast and staff. We were just off a week on a gulet and a few days away from starting a 7 day hike on the Lycian Trail so this was the perfect spot to chill and catch up on emails before our next adventure. Lovely family-run spot.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the swimming pool area, the rooms are good. They also have a restaurant and pub that are really nice and they have live music. We enjoyed our stay even tho it was during low season so most of the town everything was closed
Lovely quiet location in a residential neighbourhood but within walking distance of the centre of town.
The pool was very clean and inviting.
The staff were very friendly and obliging.
Tasty breakfasts to set you up for the day.
We loved our stay at the hotel. The hotel is very well presented with nice rooms. Location is ideal and is a very short walk into Dalyan. Staff are very helpful and nice. The Hotel has a very nice feel about it.
A cosy complex of apartments on outskirts of Dalyan run by a very caring family which is extended to all their guests. We ate there on a couple of occasions and we found the food good and very reasonably priced.
Great location on the river. Small, but comfortable bedroom with a small bathroom. Friendly host. I'm sure it's a great vibe in season. We were the only guests at the time (January).
