The staff were excellent.....nothing was too much trouble.
There was only one sheet on the bed covering the mattress, then a blanket. A sheet would have been nice under the blanket.
Private pool, beds very comfortable. Balcony at front when sun was lost at the rear. Lounge are comfortable.
Buses parked up with engines running fumes and noise pollution. Bedroom wardrobe shelves very dusty. Breakfast was often not available at 8:00 am as stated causing a wait and lost time of your planned day. Room delivery of breakfast not available as stated in advertisement. No one available on arrival reception at front not used had to wonder around to try and find someone who obviously was not expecting us.
unique set up within the villas, there is a separate set of stairs up to each bedroom and two completely separate shower rooms. Each bedroom has a safe in the wardrobe and air conditioning. The plunge pools stay cool in the hot weather and provide a welcome relief. Staff were fantastic with a special mention for yusef and his wife. We ate in on a few occasions, the quality was great with prices comparable with the town.Breakfast was simple Turkish but you could have eggs any way you wanted and toast , they also did a very good full English and freshly sqeezed juice at a small cost.
Problem with dogs for the first few days, this was resolved. Noisy guests on there balconies until 4am most nights and then noisy round the pool during the afternoons. This was just one family and it was great when they left.
The setting of the Dalyan Paradise was good and the villa was what we expected. Very comfortable and everything we needed. Staff always helped with any issues.
The Villa was perfect, courtesy boat to beach, afternoon tea and biscuits, the main pool, our pool were all perfect. Yusuf was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble he thought of everything to make our stay the best.
Wasps and having to leave!
The position was really good, just a 15 min walk along the river to the town centre. Very comfortable super king size bed. Youseff the manager was really informative and helpful. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. We ate in 3 times and found the price of the food and drink to be very good compared to the river side restaurants. Excellent villas for two couples as there are two staircases - one to each bedroom, each with their own private bathroom.
The stairs up to bedrooms are rather steep and would not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems or young children. The bathrooms are on the ground floor and would have been better at bedroom level.
Loved the plunge pool and also the main pool. We had two bed accommodation. Very good except bathrooms were a little poor. Yousef very competent and friendly along with all staff - they always had a hello. Pictures are a little misleading showing hotel as it was - lots of individual single two storey accommodation. Excellent free boat trip every day to the beach. Did not really have any problem with wi-fi. Nice laid back self catering accommodation - would not call it a "hotel".
No "international restaurant" but not a problem as hundreds of lovely restaurants a 10 min walk along the river away. Other people did have food delivered to their villa which was advised to be very good. Bathroom needs upgrading.
extremely helpful staff, very cumfy beds and pillows. Private pool essential, facilities great.
Villa Food Outside areas Pool Dogs
Long walk to resort centre in 45 degree heat Having to request that the villa be cleaned. Villa needs a full length mirror, toaster and tea towels. Don't advertise bath robes if you don't provide them !
Everything you need, private plunge pool, lovely accommodation and friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the river and great for couples, friends or families.
Only the wifi was weak.
+ Private pool + Quiet place + Nice apartment (1th floor is living room, 2nd floor is a bedroom)
- not clean bathroom and WC - semi functional WiFi (it worked from time to time) - long distance to the sea (45 mins by boat)
The location and hotel facilities were great, helpul stuff especially Jussuf and his delicious dishes.
Loved the private plunge pool and location was fantastic.
Only thing was the hairdryers in property-in each bathroom but 2 never worked and the other one only stayed on for a few seconds then gave up!
We were two separate families on with two young Children. The way the Villa was set out was perfect for us as we had our own privacy for sleeping/showers etc. The kids enjoyed the plunge pool as well
Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss but was on holiday so wasn't that important
We found the Dalyan Paradise a lovely spot right on the river in the quieter area of Dalyan. The villa is really versatile as it would suit 2 couples as completely separate bedrooms and they have a bathroom each. It suited our family as our children are 5, if your children are younger you might be a little worried about the steps from the bedrooms down to the bathroom which are downstairs (not so good for night time toilet trips) but it was fine for us and the kids loved being private in their own room. The villa has its own plunge pool as well as a nice main pool and the villa has 3 nice outside sitting areas (2 balconies and the plunge pool outside area). That makes it sound huge, it isn't but its perfectly formed! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and turkish people love kids so it was very relaxing. The breakfast was simple but good, nice bread, cheese, fruit and tomatoes and cucumber and an egg cooked how you like it. The villas were cleaned 3 times during our week and fresh towels and bedding. The beds were really comfortable and we had plenty of blankets and spare sheets. Paradise was nice and quiet at night and a few restaurants and bars within 5 mins walk. On the whole, a fantastic place to stay for families or couples alike.
We were a little disappointed that there were no drinks available for the children at breakfast. There was just a choice of tea or coffee, the drinks are peanuts so it doesn't really matter but even some water would have been good.
Private pool didn't work for a couple of days until it was fixed, after we spoke to them on a number of occasions. Second bedroom had mould on walls and had a dreadful smell which they said as we checked out might be a dead animal rotting in the roof area. It was unusable due to the dreadful smell. So we were fortunate there was only two of us so we could both go in one room.
The free boat transfers, the laid-back location, the helpful staff, the private plunge pool, the value for money!
Not much - for the price it was really good!
