Loved the view from the terrace, great location and the comfort of the rooms... great hotel! Highly recommend
Friendly staff, marvelous view from the top floor dining room and terrace.
the incredible view the room was comfortable and unique
very nice view and localization
the interior of room is plastic-fantastic, it's kind of blinky, but it's far from Sultan style, looks like but only from far... :-) staff is mistrustful towards guests, when we were leaving, one guy quickly ran to our room, check, if we indeed didn't use minibar. This is general remark to the staff, you don't feel welcomed. My companion got blocked in the bathroom (broken lock), eventhough we called the reception, no one appeared. I needed to go downstairs look for solution. Solution came with a receptionist and his toothpick - this is how he opened broken lock. If theu know this is happening, they should fix it! Or, at least, furnish one toothpick for each room :-) breakfast was not tasty, juice were available at additional cost. For sure, it doesn't deserve it's four stars. I do not recommend.
staff was friendly, the food was good, service was great
Nice rooms, polite stuff and good breakfast, but mostly i loved the location.
i wish the hotel had a turkish bath or at least a sauna...bad taste of the breakfast coffee and fyi don't book a pink room, cause the bathroom and the view suck
The rooftop view of Sultanahmet Mosque was breathtaking. The location couldn't be better than this as evrything was almost walking distance.
There was smell of cigarrett smoking in the room constantly
The location was terrific, under 3-5 min walk to the main Sultanahment square, blue mosque, topkapi palace, Aya Sofia, Grand Bazaar. Wifi was strong throughout, pretty straightforward hotel service, the room was absolutely terrific and super comfy beds. View from the breakfast area was amazing.
They didnt offer the complimentary turkish delights or refreshments, the breakfast had a limited selection, the transfer to the hotel made us wait over 45 min until he could pick up more people so we just took a cab, the transfer to the airport was good but expensive. The worst part that really bothered me was the sound proofing is horrible, i could hear everything from the other rooms and they were doing constuction and making loud noises in they day made it hard to catch a nap
Perfect location for visiting Istanbul. Friendly staff. Beautiful view from the 4th &5th floor rooms, oriented to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia (I think you should reserve the expensive rooms for that). Good breakfast.
The view on the city may be an outstanding property of this hotel, but you are not aware when you make the reservation what is the view you are buying. Standard rooms are a bit narrow with little storage space, a small wardrobe that forced me to keep my things in the suitcase, no hallstand to hang my wet coat.
- proximity to all the famous sites and the tram station - great variety of breakfast and lovely view of blue mosque during breakfast - hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly
Bathroom was a little small in the standard room if you are a tall and well built person. Wasn't an issue for me
Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful :) Room is luxury!!
Not saying the breakfast isn't good but a bit lack of variety.
the hotel is nice good rins best view Staff woderfut
Great location, personnel attention, breakfast, accomodations. Everything that we needed and more. Highly recomendable.
Everything was perfect. Nothing wrong.
Wifi can be better but who stays in?
The breakfast and good staff
The WiFi is slow and the reception didn't allowed to my cousin to visit my room.
breakfast view and comfort
Desk staff were very helpful and even helped in packaged breakfast on request at early hours when we were sure to miss the bf due to trip schedule. extra human care is what we liked the most
Close to Tramway Alcohol-Free Hotel Great Ottoman Decoration Priceless View at Breakfast Level Suitable for Families with Children Delicious Food at Dinner Central Location in the Heart of Sultanahmet Area Excellent Room Service Very Comfortable Pillows Friendly and Helpful Stuff at the Reception Especially Delik :) The Best Hotel I've Ever Been in Sultanahmet Area
-Location is just perfect! near all attractions ( Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi) where it takes less than 5 minutes walking to reach them. -Breakfast buffet was very rich with several types and dessert -the service and staff were very helpful too..we had a problem with our bathroom so they changed our rooms directly and repaired the old one. -the view on the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia is the best thing about this hotel from the rooms.
-Internet must be better
Amazing view from breakfast room and dining room
Staff very friendly Location
The wifi signal was very poor. The bathroom was very small for a 4* hotel Hated the fact that they charge extra for fresh orange juice (never seen that before) The breakfast should be more European or at least have more european options.
I like this hotel very much it is my second visit to it the stuff are friendly and helpful We want to thank the bellman his name is aykurt i think He was so helpful with a big smile
The net is slow
Location was perfect.
Most of the hotel staff was not helpful, they asked for Tips all the time even free breakfast from hotel. Every services they did for us they asked for Tips after.!!!
I booked in this hotel because I had to make a stop in Istanbul before I continued my trip to Switzerland, and I’m really glad I did. This is a great option for solo travelers since it’s very safe and the hospitality is also good. The one thing that I think is unbeatable from this hotel is the location. Thanks to its location I got the chance to visit a lot of touristic, important places. Most of them were minutes away (walking-distance). Another thing that was amazing was being able to watch the sunrise from the terrace. The sun comes up from behind the Blue Mosque, which makes a spectacular scene. Also, while you have a typical breakfast, Turkish music is playing in the background, so you can experience a pleasant Turkish moment. I highly recommend guests to wake up early (the sun comes up around 7 am), so that they don’t miss the wonderful sunrise experience. I enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely come back again.
The wifi is really slow in the rooms, but it's really fast if you go to the lobby.
