The breakfast was great, the variety of food was excellent, and everything was clean. The room was large and the bed was big. The bathroom was clean and the shower was excellent.

There was no travel agency in the hotel, so it was not easy to arrange for a day trip. The staff in the reception was not very helpful when we asked for a receit for the taxi service we asked for when checking out, They said we needed to pay money to give us a receit. That was very strange. Also, the information to get Wi Fi was not so clear, and the page which I had to complete was quite confusing since it did not always give me an internet connection everyday.

Gym, Pool and sauna available early in morning and late in evening. Large breakfast place large and comfortable bedroom Piano bar (with pianist!) and Pub with alchool available.

Pretty noisy at night (disco and bar close by in same street) internet via WiFi very slow pool rather small (3 swimmers maxi at same time!)

Only location , but there are alot of hotels in this area so better find another one

It is not 5 stars hotel,I been in 3 stars hotel in the same area , really it was much better , this hotel is looks much different than the photo Dirty, noisy, breakfast it just something to eat, the design of the restraint remind me in our camp restaurant , really It was my worst experience in my life , hotel is very crowded with children playing in corridors and left , hotel is very old definitely needs renovation. And calls there is very expensive be careful to do international calls

There were some guard-like people, usually 2 , a man and a woman standing inside of the entrance door, looking at guests and people who entered the hotel in a hostile manner.It was like security checking at some busy airports or even worse than that. Very unusual for a hotel. Also our room was quite small for a double room.

Good international standards combined with a genuinely local feel and approach. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

There is no free tea and coffee in rooms. This is usually a facility in every rooms of 5 star hotels. The pool was too cold and small and it was unusable. Even the pool's crew admits that the water is too cold for swimming. Reception's personnel are not cooperative. Two guards are at the gate of hotel who makes a kind of military atmosphere in lobby.

It's perfect hotel i like it

The original price ($ 187) is too high for this hotel, but with a flash deal price ($ 72) it's totally worth it. The hotel staff are helpful, they were very fast in providing what I asked. The breakfast is magnificent don't miss it. Last but not least, the location is outstanding, it's near the downtown (Kizizlay) where a lot of coffee shops and restaurants are there.

- The carpet is a little bit dirty in front of the bathroom. I always had a hard time when I want to close the window. The street which the hotel is located at is a little bit noisy at rush hours, you can hear car horns inside the room.

We stayed in the old section of the hotel, however the room was very nice, lots of space & very clean. Staff were excellent, professional & extremely helpful & friendly, (couldn't do enough to please us). Special thanks to Mr. Erham & Uzgur who had excellent genuine customer service skills
