The service was good and the views we great, food was well presented with plenty of choice. Drink prices were over the top, to a level that if you went to the Bar you were on your own. |

the location is good of that hotel ,,but i didnt like the way they deal with coustmers and if i will go back i will not reserve in that hotel any more,,i had problem with the creidt card coz they charged me more than the real price but coustmer service helped me to take back my money so really i trested this website more and more now |

the guy who works in reception was exactly terrible to behave me and my engaged, i will never visit or stay to dedeman antalya! and i will never recommend to someone this hotel also. |

The view of the rooms were awesome! Hotels rooms reaaly need renovation. They maybe so stylish and pretty for mid 1990s but today they look very old and and for a place as expensive as Dedeman this fact is unbelivable. Also the disco makes it impossible to sleep. |

şehir merkezine çok yakın,ulaşımı çok kolay,yürüyüş mesafesinde pekçok restaurant,fast food,klüp,alışveriş merkezi,supermarket var. lobby bar ve pastanede çalışan servis elemanlarının müşteri ile gözgöze gelmesi esasdır.bir müşteri eğer 1 saate yakın bu bölümde oturuyorsa ve bu esnada hiçbir servis görevlisi kendisine gelip bir isteğiniz var mı diye sormuyorsa,dahası gözgöze bile gelmiyorsa burada bir eğitim eksikliği ya da sıkıntı vardır diye düşünüyorum. |
