The staf very nayce

A/C was so bad All furniture looks old and bed was not comfortable.

Very attentive personel, nice pool, splendid view

the view was amazing, nice pool, fair gym, they gave nice room to us ,,

the girl in reception was nice but others in pool and gym area were rude,, u could see they dont like u , or they dont like answer to ur questions,

Every thing was clean and comfortable. Large rooms and Bathrooms beautiful ocean view. They gave us a free upgrade towards the ocean view.

It was not clean in the bathroom. It was twinbed, I expected one big bed. Extra charge for juice in the morning - that's not good

The facility is old. We have located at the second floor which has been recently renovated; but i can say that our room was really old.

Staff is very professional and polite especially hotel Manager Pinar was too kind to us. Renovated rooms are in nice condition. Food is good as well

Long waiting time in front of reception. They understood that they fail to handle .They were only 2 and at least 7-8 guest were waiting to check in/check out. Later we were called by them for apology and they promised to send a little gift to rooms for apology.But when we arrived at night there were no gifts.Why did they call and promise for gift then? They lost their customer trust for the second time in a very short period.

Located on the sea coast . with great view to the sea and Toros mountains . by walk distanse from night life in around . 5 minuets distance by taxi from old city in one side and the shopping centers on the other side Front disk staff are very kind and polite staff with excelant English language .espicialy Miss Pinar Iskender

The pricing policy of the hotel was quite charming so I did not want to miss this chance to spend my night at Dedeman Hotel which is very famous in Turkey.

Unfortunately the heating system of my room was not working properly that's why I had some trouble in the morning after shower

I definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure trips.

The mini bar is incredibly expensive.

Just after entered the hotel, I felt myself as VIP guest. People in front desk were very warm, friendly and kind.

+ The reception and the welcome we received. + Turkuaz Restaurant and the daily breakfast. + Location, luxury and the fabulous views of the sea and mountains.

+ Tip boxes, why? Let us appreciate it if we, customers, are happy with the service. + This applies to whole Turkey and not a criticism for Dedeman only: Restaurant/waiting staff are too quick to clear plate(s) - sometimes while still eating!! Why don't they wait until both (or all) the guests in a table to finish their food???

Nice Location.

Alchol in bar and mini bars very expensive to other 5 star hotels we hav stayed in. The room was advertised with tea and coffe making facilities, there wasn't this facility.

The staff were helpful, friendly and very helpful.

It is really a 2 star hotel with a 5 star rating. I travel quite a lot on business and would not recommend this hotel. I had breakfast incl. In price. Big mistake. I went on the first morning and could not go back there again. Worst 5 star I ever stayed at. I stayed there because there was supposed to be a shuttle service to the Airport for a fee. My business was at the Airport. On the first morning I was told there was no shuttle, just get a Taxi. A lady from customer service rang the room the following day to inquire about my stay. I complained that I had wanted a sea view and although got a sea view, it was obscured. She was extremely polite, friendly and good and arranged another room immediately, but again the view was only marginally better. I mentioned about the Airport shuttle, and she told me there was a service, it was available with an advanced booking for 30 Euro each way. The Taxi is 20, so that explains all. The internet was down for one day "for maintenance". I was in a renovated room, but there was quite a lot of noise audible from other rooms, eg. Alarms in the mornings, tv, people talking etc. Shower was ok, not great, and the bed was very basic, poor quality. It has a good location with restaurants, shops etc very close by. Next time I will check the score rating for hotels and read the reviews.

The furniture is a bit old

None. It was my wrong decision to select this Hotel.

I was there in October, the tempreture was about 28-30 during the day, however, Air Conditioning system was not working during the day and they were laying to me by saying they will send the maintenance. When I did check-out, the told me that the Airconditionning system in the Hotel is not working during my stay. Who knows, it may be not working at all! The room service staff enter the room without excuse. I really don't recommend this Hotel.

Relative good price, relative close to the center..

This is not a 5 star hotel, but maybe 3 star max... Old furniture, elevator not working till lobby, breakfast terrible..
