Bien situé, belle vue sur la mer. Personnel agréable.

Chambre vétuste, climatisation insuffisante.

my recommendation is to get room in the first floor because its newly renovated . other floors furniture is very old and you cannot stay in any of them. the guest relation manager is very supportive and i recommend you to talk to her if you have any issues

The front desk guy was making my check in and i asked him to give me room in the first floor and after 20 minutes he gave me the room key and i noticed that he give me room on other floor and when i asked him why you didn't give me the room i asked for he told me that all rooms on the first floor are deluxe rooms and you need to pay a lot of money to get one of them and here i asked him to cut the pool shit and look again at my reservation because it was deluxe reservation and asked him to call his boss and immediately his boss came and ask him to give me the room i want. at the end i spent 45 minutes before i get my room

I liked the balcony view overlooking the sea and the breakfast

There was not enough area to walk down the beach. The swimming area in the sea was actually a cliff you need to go down in order to swim buy no space for walking.

The food was outstanding. The view from the rooms was breath taking. The enterance into he lobby was top class. The staff were friendly and very friendly and helpful.

The rooms did not reflect the rest of the hotel. The carpets were worn, the walls were dirty and the furniture was old and needed updating.

Deluxe rooms on 1st floor were clean and fairly modern - rest of floors have not been renovated. The restaurant on the 10th floor was fabulous - great food and service. The sunbathing platform on the med was quite nice. Recommendation based mainly on food and service at the 10th floor restaurant and the decent rooms on the 1st floor.

The staff service was rather poor. We initially checked into a junior suite on the 6th floor, however I refused to stay there as it was dark, smelly, covered in stains, had a broken sofa, a TV balanced on a small fridge in one room and another TV ontop of a small broken foot locker which if you lay on the bed you could not see the top of the TV. The bathroom was dirty, the door was cut at the bottom so there was a gap of at least 30cm - so much for privacy! the wallpaper was peeling. etc. In a nutshell it was obviously decorated 20 years ago and had no repairs upgrades since.

the rooms are well maintained but somehow old fashioned end did not correspond to the internet photos. It is a very big hotel, so if you want to have a quiet holiday may be you have to choose another one like I did

Servicepersonal an der Rezeption teilweise nicht sehr kooperativ. Zum Beispiel mit einem Internetausdruck. Im Business Center können keine Seiten gedruckt werden. Einzige Möglichkeit ist die Seiten auf einen Stick zu laden und sich an der Rezeption ausdrucken lassen. Ist nicht so ideal wenn es schnell gehen muss. Zimmer könnte ein Refreshing gebrauchen.
