the location and the sea view was very nice the front desk guy missed up in our bills as he merged all rooms bills in one bill and couldnt give us our bills again. this is was very bad and not professional from him. |

The views are great is close to few coffee shops and restaurant that had great value for money and good food Service poor breakfast buffet same everyday bread not fresh local wine expenssive. Room service never get it right, food very average.Should never be a 5 star hotel.I give it 4 star simply of location and the views, is a hotel for a business people to stay 1 night no more. |

I liked the balcony view overlooking the sea and the breakfast There was not enough area to walk down the beach. The swimming area in the sea was actually a cliff you need to go down in order to swim buy no space for walking. |

The food was outstanding. The view from the rooms was breath taking. The enterance into he lobby was top class. The staff were friendly and very friendly and helpful. The rooms did not reflect the rest of the hotel. The carpets were worn, the walls were dirty and the furniture was old and needed updating. |

Access to the Aqua park and some of the facility As ever with Beach resort all extra was expensive and room furniture were falling apart and require serious renovation |

Deluxe rooms on 1st floor were clean and fairly modern - rest of floors have not been renovated. The restaurant on the 10th floor was fabulous - great food and service. The sunbathing platform on the med was quite nice. Recommendation based mainly on food and service at the 10th floor restaurant and the decent rooms on the 1st floor. The staff service was rather poor. We initially checked into a junior suite on the 6th floor, however I refused to stay there as it was dark, smelly, covered in stains, had a broken sofa, a TV balanced on a small fridge in one room and another TV ontop of a small broken foot locker which if you lay on the bed you could not see the top of the TV. The bathroom was dirty, the door was cut at the bottom so there was a gap of at least 30cm - so much for privacy! the wallpaper was peeling. etc. In a nutshell it was obviously decorated 20 years ago and had no repairs upgrades since. |

I did not like this hotel at all. I think they are over rated this hotel, it cant' be 5 star. On the website pictures of this hotel are looks very appealing, however, in real life its completely opposite. Room has very old furniture, small TV, poor bathroom supply+appliance, dirty carpet. I won't recommend this hotel at all. |

breakfast is very and the hotel is well situated in antalya the rooms are well maintained but somehow old fashioned end did not correspond to the internet photos. It is a very big hotel, so if you want to have a quiet holiday may be you have to choose another one like I did |

The service was good and the views we great, food was well presented with plenty of choice. Drink prices were over the top, to a level that if you went to the Bar you were on your own. |

the location is good of that hotel ,,but i didnt like the way they deal with coustmers and if i will go back i will not reserve in that hotel any more,,i had problem with the creidt card coz they charged me more than the real price but coustmer service helped me to take back my money so really i trested this website more and more now |

super Lage, tolle Aussicht,Frühstücksbüffet top,man fühlt sich sehr wohl, Freundlichkeit des Personals super ist nur zu empfehlen, falls ich wieder nach Antalya gehe würde ich wieder nur Dedeman buchen.Hatte aufgrund von Gästebewertungen gebucht, und bin total zufrieden stimmte alles überein. |

Buffet am Morgen sowie am Abend sehr umfangreich und immer frisch zubereitet. Servicepersonal an der Rezeption teilweise nicht sehr kooperativ. Zum Beispiel mit einem Internetausdruck. Im Business Center können keine Seiten gedruckt werden. Einzige Möglichkeit ist die Seiten auf einen Stick zu laden und sich an der Rezeption ausdrucken lassen. Ist nicht so ideal wenn es schnell gehen muss. Zimmer könnte ein Refreshing gebrauchen. |
