The Pool Hall Saloon (capacity 350) and the Erciyes Saloon (capacity 250) restaurants both serve world cuisine in an open buffet. It is open from 06:30 until 10:00 and from 19:00 until 22:00.

The Panorama Restaurant and Bar can hold up to 100, with an à la carte menu on offer.

Café Besiktas is open between 08:00 and 00:00, can serve up to 65 people snacks and cold and hot drinks.

Panorama Bar and Bektaş Bar both remain open between 17:00 and 00:00, offering domestic and foreign spirits for 30 and 40 guests respectively.

The Club Disco is on site for a lively atmosphere between 21:00 and 02:00, with space for 200 revellers. Alternatively, the Wine House is open from 17:00 until 01:00 and stocks a number of regional wines (capacity 140).

Uçhisar Village & Castle (3 km) - one of the quieter, less tourist orientated locations in the area.

Göreme Open Air Museum (8 km) - essential when visiting the region, the museum is situated within a valley filled with the remains of a monastic settlement, with a huge number of frescoes and churches visible.

Kaymakli Underground Village (20 km) - one of the smaller and less excavated of the area's many underground structures, with 5 levels accessible. Not for the claustrophobic.

From Nevsehir Tuzköy Airport (35 km):
- Bus, Taxi and Dolmus services run from the airport throughout the area.
- After reaching Urgup, there is a Dolmus terminal which will run services to the hotel (2 km).
