The hotel staff were good.

I was travelling with my husband and wanted to stay one night in Gaziantep to visit the famous Zeugma museum and other interesting places in town. Since we planned to stay only one night in gaziantep, we wanted to stay in a city hotel. We made our hotel reservation from booking. com as usual and chose Dedeman Gaziantep because the location was shown at the city center in the map. When we arrived the town, we searched the otel address in the navigator of Iphone and the hotel was shown again in the city center. We spent hours in the city center to find the hotel. It was useless. At the end, we learned that Dedeman gaziantep is 17 km far from the city center, in the industry area and out of the city, located in the country side. When we told this to the hotel reception, they said they knew this mistake. . Then, they offered us to upgrade our room. Our aim was to visit the city, museum, not to stay in a good room. We wasted our time looking for the hotel. We could not visit the places we wanted to visit. I would never stay in Dedeman if I knew the location of the hotel. Giving incorrect information and showing the location different in the map are not acceptible. I checked afterwards and it is still shown in the city center. They give the hotel address correct in the internet but show the location in the city center. This is cheating.

Aslında otel çalışanları olmasa otel için söylenecek olumlu şeyler sayılı.

Konum açısından şehir merkezinden oldukça uzak olduğundan arabasız biri için taksi harici hiçbir seçenek yok,ayrıca otel önüne dönebilmek için yol düşünülmemiş.Kahvaltı oldukça vasat.Kurban Bayramı dolayısı ile otelde konaklayan Suriye'li misafirlerin genel davranışları maalesef çok seviyesiz ve rahatsız edici idi. Ayrıca nedense otel lobisi aşırı loştu ışıklandırma yetersizdi.
