Konumu, fiyatı, personelin güler yüzlü olması çok iyiydi ancak personelin hijyeni bozuk ve yemekler dedeman kalitesinin altında, henüz temizlik yetersiz sezon kapalı ve belki de otel tadilatı olması nedeniyledir.

Está ubicado en un lugar precioso, en la misma orilla del Mar Negro. Se necesita vehículo para ir a Rize, a unos cinco minutos en coche. Las habitaciones son amplias, modernas y con preciosas vistas. El servicio habla el suficiente inglés para hacerse entender.

Konumu Otel dökülüyor, odalar çok kötü durumda, sular ip gibi akıyor, odadaki televizyonlar çok ilkel, küvet ve banyonun pisliğinden duş almak dahi istemiyorsunuz. Bu tesis Dedeman adına hiç yakışmıyor.

Birkere arabanızla gitseniz karşı yönden geçiş yok farklı ulaşım aracıyla geçmen gerekse bariyerlerden geçeceksiniz otel suit diye verilen odayı merak eden olmadı herhalde bir giden neden normal bir otelde kalmadım bu oteli seçtim diye kendini suçlu hisseder ikincisi banyoya ne demeli 80 öncesi türkiye oteli üzücü durum....

يجب ان يتم تجديد اثاث الفندق من حيث الغرف ، وتوفير الكوفي ميكر ، والمكواه ، والاهتمام بنظافة الغرف حيث ان الحمامات مبقعة بالأوساخ ولا يتم تنظيفها جيدا. ولا يوجد شخص يتكلم الانجليزية للتفاهم حيث ان لغة الاشارة هي السادة في التخاطب .

Værelsets størrelse var rigtig fint. Flot udsigt over vandet. Hotellets personale talte ikke engelsk. Hotellet annoncerede med swimming pool, men den var lavet om til festsal. De annoncerede også med "private beach", hvilket var en beton terrasse med badebro. Der var mange bryllups fester på hotellet, hvilket betød megen larm og en lobby fyldt med fest gæster.
