Front Desk Manager Omen is a tremendous asset to this hotel. Hanifi is a good man. The entire property is in need of a refurbishment. Smoking was being allowed in the restaurant when I went in there. I had to leave and find arrangements to dine in the breakfast room on lobby level. Food was not good but I ate what was placed in front of me as I was so tired.

Temiz ve modern bir otel. Sehri gezmek isteyenler icin biraz uzak bir yurus mesafesinde ancak busayede balikligole giderken sehir carsisini boydan boya gezme imkani buluyorsunuz.. Sigara icenler icin ayri bir bolum olmamasi sorun oldu, arkadaslarimiz kapi onunde icmek zorunda kaldilar halbuki guzel bir terasi var otelin ama pek manzarasi yok.

özellikle 5 yıldızlı olduğu için tercih ettim.oda çok küçüktü.nevresimler beyaz ve üzerinde birçok tüye rasladım,rahatsız ediciydi.memnun kaldığım tek şey manzarası ve çalışanların yardımcı oluşuydu.

Personel ilgili, güleryüzlü ve çok yardım severdi.Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Otele gittiğimizde rezervasyonumuz 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk 1 bebek olarak yapılmasına ve bebek karyolası da istediğimizi belirtmemize rağmen, oda hazır değildi ve 1 kişi için oda ayarlanmıştı. İşlemleri tamamlayıp giriş yapmamız çok uzun sürdü.odalardaki havlular eski ve yıpranmıştı.

L'hôtel est propre et confortable; le personnel est aimable, le petit déjeuner copieux et de bonne qualité; un parking gratuit est à disposition ; Dommage que l'hôtel soit assez loin des sites à voir, et qu'il ne soit pas facile de communiquer, même en anglais, malgrè une évidente bonne volonté de leur part.

Friendly staff. We were offered a free upgrade upon request but... ...the room had no wifi access (contrary to info provided during booking), the windows of the hotel were very dirty and there was an attempt to overcharge us. Plenty to be improved upon.
