Deja Vu Hotel  

The location was spot on, a central location of the old town yet close to the harbour. The patio garden ideal for relaxing and outdoor dinning, a sizable pool and a well manned bar. The rooms and shower are cleaned daily to a high standard with plenty of well trained, friendly staff in attendance, throughout the day and night. Always a friendly smile when leaving or returning to the Deja Vu Hotel throughout the stay.

The staff are it's main selling point they are amazing, attentitive nad always friendly nothing is too much trouble.

The noise levels at night are very high. There is no sound proofing in the hotel at all.

Welcome in your house ! ! This is the motto from the hotel and off course this is true ! Nice cosy place for a quite holiday.The garden is our favourite place. Very friendly staff and clean everywhere.The home-made orange marmelade and cakes are delicious ! Extremely small rooms, In double rooms no space to open the suitcase. Fortunately we have been offered triple rooms which were free at that time (low season).

Room 204 too noisy. Single room was gloomy and cold.

Friendliness & willingness to help by all the staff,including cook & housekeeper. Relaxed atmosphere in relaxing grounds with swimmimg pool. Location in quiet area of old city,yet close to shops,beach,harbour & bazaar. Cleanliness & attention to detail by all staff.

Would have liked tea making facilities in room. Matress,like in most Turkish hotels was somewhat hard.

very friendly staff, Osmanis a demon backgammon player and we may have to plan a return trip so that i can beat him next time. It was nice having all the cats around, especially pumpkin. The garden is a gear place to sit and relax or read a book and the pool is nice and secluded.

Sometimes the music was a bit loud and late from neighbouring buildings

The welcome was fantastic, nothing was ever too much trouble, all staff where very helpful, we had a truly great week with no problems. The location is perfect as in the old city and a minutes walk away from the harbour and beach.

They offer food , which is great but comes from a restaurant not in the hotel itself, so food can take a while to arrive !

That Deja Vu is within the heart of the old town, which has so much character, but is situated off a main thoroughfare so is quiet. It is clean and well maintained. The court yard is a lovely oasis. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly, without being intrusive.

Room was smaller than anticipated and we struggled with the Turkish top covers on the bed.

The location ,staff and overall ambiance

The decor of the room was lovely and the view delightful even though it only faced the pool and facade of another hotel. The room was very clean with some nice extras like disposable slippers and body scrubber/loofer. The staff allowed us to start breakfast earlier than usual in order to leave on time to catch an early flight.

The staff were very polite with a professional air but they lacked a sincerity which was more obvious for the fact that we had experienced such a wonderfully sincere hospitality from all but one of the other hotels we stayed in - and we experienced 8 others. I couldn't find a local map at the reception so I asked the receptionist if the map in a certain of their brochures was good for the area, and He said, 'yes, it's a good map'. When I tried to make sense of it on the street, I found that it didn't include the area around the hotel and was useless. This was a shame as Antalya is confusing to find your way around. They made an extra effort to be helpful when offering a car-service to the airport which we declined in the end after finding a cheaper taxi-driver ourselves. I was alone in a single-standard but as there were two beds in the room I could just about manage with the space available - if we were two in the room it would have been too difficult.
