Good wired internet speed Shower was mouldy. Bathroom fittings falling off the wall/loose.No desk and chair for working at in room. Hotel is in an industrial area surrounded by warehouses, factories, motorway construction works with no amenities within walking distance. |

The American Rhythm & Blues decor theme gives a pleasant ambiance Very poor customer service, attitude and training of the staff. This hotel is not worthy of a 4* rating. More like borderline 2*/3*. The advertised airport shuttle was a local taxi who charged TL80.00 from Sabiha Gokcen airport. |

hotel located too far from any services the rate quoted on this website (booking.com) was much more than the posted rate at the hotel. We shortened our visit and found a hotel with a better rate. |

Aeusserte liebenswürdige Freundlichkeit von allen Mitarbeitern. Die Wegbeschreibung sollte auf Englisch sein. Ich war 100 m in der Nähe und habe fast eine Stunde zum Finden gebraucht. |

Personeel van het restaurant was vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Piccolo was uitstekend: koffers verzorgen en uitleg voorzieningen kamer. Optreden van receptionist was ronduit onbeschoft en agressief. Toen een gespecificeerde rekening werd gevraagd bleken 2 consumpties ten onrechte in rekening te zijn gebracht. Verder werd in afwijking van de reserveringsvoorwaarden KDV (BTW) in rekening te zijn gebracht. Als "excuus" werd aangevoerd dat in Europa alles duurder is dus waarover klaagden wij ? We waren niet meer welkom! |

Inte mer är än att samtliga klockor på rummet inte fungerade eller var felställda. Det var dessutom ganska kallt på hotellet. Från motorvägen kan man bara köra till hotellet från en sida av motorvägen vilket var krångligt. Det var dåligt utbud på frukosten. Det fanns inga möjligheter att göra en koppa kaffe eller te på rummen. Personalen var inte så duktig på engelska. |
