Shower had good power.

Shocking hotel. Not a 4 star. We are a young married couple and booked a double room. We were given twin beds. When we asked about this they said there were no more double rooms. I was a bit annoyed and the man at reception said there was nothing he could do. He did not even offer an apology. He tried to blame booking.com and said he was not told to have a double bed. I asked to see the confirmation and it clearly stated double. I was most annoyed as the man did not see to have any customer service and did not seem to want to help. We stayed in a 2 star hotel in Kusadasi the night before and it was much nicer. I asked to speak to the manager and he said its Sunday, he's not here. There is no one for you to talk to. Also the room was disgusting. Stains on carpet, carpet coming away from floor, dirty room. Sheets were horrible and the blankets were like towels. Do not stay here ever!!!!!!

The hotel was very close to the beach and shops which made it very easy to get around. The staff were super helpful and were able to help us in booking tours and transfers to where we had to go next. The spa facilities were really great and the roof top pool had amazing views of the city. All in all, this was a great hotel to stay at and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kusadasi

The location is excellent, close to a lot of restaurants and in front of the beach. The room was a little old but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very complete

Maybe the room could have a better bed, but we only were one night, so it was ok.

Location, but next door, joining hotel is being refurbished there is drilling noise after 08.00 AM. It is on the main street, no parking facilities.

This is very poor 4* hotel, perhaps there were contracted dock workers stayed there. They all woke up early, nightmare!!! Instead of 3 days, we only stayed one evening. Bed and linen was awful, breakfast was not enough of it available, entire hotel staff, only one person spoke English. I would not recommend.

We liked the location, the view from our window, the staff,the facilities and the food.

We liked our stay Derici Hotel mainly for convenience of location and for the Fantastic ocean view.

It is ranked as a 4 star hotel but is more like a 3 star budget hotel.

La ubicación en el centro y a dos pasos del mar.

Las camas espantosamente incómodas. La sábana no era como las que conocemos sino que era un trapito que raspaba. Los cuartos que daban al mar tenían luz natural, pero el mío daba a un patio interior de lo más lúgubre. El desayuno de mala calidad y escaso aunque realmente para unas tostadas y un café valía.

Situé à proximité du grand Bazar pour le shopping en face de la mer ( pas de baignade en ville) en plein quartier touristique le soir personnel très agréable, repas et petit déjeuner très correct BRAVO chambre sur le coté et pas en bord de mer mais vu les tarifs il n'y a rien à redire et surtout sans doute plus calme qu'en façade le soir

Beste Lage und gute Ausstattung. Das Hotelpersonal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten.

I believe the biggest attribute was the location. Very central location.

The only unfortunate things was we had booked a room with a balcony and there was not one available for the first night which meant we were put in a rather awful room. That was changed the next day though.

Location Food Staff

Hair dryer would be better in bedroom. When in bath along bottom of shower door very dirty. Floors sticky not washed out properly.

Only happy with the rooftop pool

Terrible room furnishing. Beds uncomfortable. Room was dusty upon arrival.

perfect location at the city center , and a fabulous view from our room's balcony ,friendly staff

the room's facility could be improved since even the low budget hotels will have such a simple things such as providing soap and shampoo ,tea/coffee in the room . providing free shuttle transportation to the Izmir Airport could also make it perfect and easier for the travelers . the breakfast was nice but everyday the same options

Propreté de la chambre, mobilier très ancien, deux lits simples au lieu d'un lit double, douche deffectueuse..
