Cleanliness, comfort and attention
Breakfast could have been better.
Apart from the location, amenities, comfort (which were all fantastic), what really made this place so great was the people. The owners, and people who run the place are so nice. I was a solo traveler, and they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Also, the breakfasts were amazing. The best I've had in my two weeks of stay in Turkey. Stay here!
Konya's bus station is far from the center, but the hotel's team was very helpful providing thorough information about different alternatives to reach them. The Hotel itself is centrally located. Very good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
Very clean and quiet room and easy walking distance to Rumi museum. Hotel manager recommended a great local restaurant, where we had one of the best meals in turkey. Staff very hospital and friendly
Location is fine, staff is wonderful
the price is a little bit high
The hotel was very clean. Everything worked well. The room was comfortable. The manager really made our stay in Konya enjoyable by providing a map and indicating not only the sites but the good local restaurants. They even gave us a ride to the train station. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. I purchased a kilim from their company. They arranged shipping and it was in San Francisco within five days--no monkey business, totally reliable. An enjoyable and educational shopping experience.

We enjoyed our clean, spacious and modern room in a beautiful old mansion. An excellent buffet style Turkish breakfast is available inside on the first floor, which is great during cool weather. Although the surrounding neighbourhood is grey, the hotel grounds are a quiet green oasis that guests can enjoy, especially during warmer months. Several major museums and sits are within five to 20 minutes away on foot, and dolmus pass by the hotel. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and professional. D mod
The mattress was too hard and stiff for us, but that was the thing we did not like at this excellent hotel.
Staff were friendly Location was excellent Very clean A home environment Safe and secure hotel
Wifi was a little poor
Everything is perfect.
The staff were wonderful, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The restored Ottoman house and gardens were lovely, very tastefully done. The location is perfect, a 5 minute walk to the Mevlana, and other attractions all within walking distance. The Turkish breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and plentiful. Our room spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The best shower we have ever had in Turkey! Secure parking for car. Owner gave us bag of mountain raisins for our journey when we left, very kind. Recommended a great restaurant in Konya (hard for non-meat eaters). Liked our stay so much we came again on our way back from Cappadocia for another night. Can't wait to visit again (and see the whirling dervishes).
The papery slippers they give you to wear inside - will be bringing my own inside soft sole shoes next time.
Staff so calm and helpful. Rooms perfect and peaceful. Staff go out of their way to ensure everything is as you wish. A real quality place.
we should have stayed longer
Our room was spacious, our bathroom beautiful and the house spotless. The owners were so helpful, even making excellent suggestions for places to eat.
We were in a car and it was tricky to find the hotel - but once we had found it, the location was fantastic. Just a stone's throw from the Mevlana Museum.
Service was excellent and Edem was able to assist us in many ways. The ambiance of that cozy hotel is lovely, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Secure parking was a definite plus.
Staff - all well trained and personally involved in the hotel. The information they provide is very good and reliable. Location - beautifully positioned for the centre, markets and so on and for the main attrcations of Konya _ Mevlana Museum and the Sema ceremony on Saturday evenings. The former is just 5 minutes walk, the latter is maybe 10 minutes - so close. Cleanliness - this is one of the cleanest hotels we have ever stayed in - a big hurrah, for the staff. Breakfast - there was always a little "change" to the usual fare - and it was fresh. The woman in charge of the kitchen was so good at her job, right down to peeling the tomatoes for the buffet. A classy act all round
we have no complaints at all.
Very helpful hotel staff, always willing to go the extra mile, helped with a lot of things. Home-made jam for breakfast. Good breakfast buffet. Very good location relative to major sights.
We received a very friendly and helpful welcome. The room was spotless clean, with a renovated bathroom. Breakfast was Turkish style with a wide range of choice, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juices and with filter coffee ( a rare thing in Turkish hotels). The hotel has a nice secluded garden and is a short walking distance from Konya s major sight, the Mevlana museum.
Everything was perfect ! Friendly and informative bilingual staff, walking distance from main sites, beautifully restored house, nice breakfast. Much better than any hotel we could have paid for.
Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location--on a quiet street, but close to center of town and Rumi museum.
Accommodations somewhat spartan. Poor lighting made it difficult to read in room. Mattress very hard.
Incredibly helpful and friendly hosts. Great to see enthusiasm about what their town has to offer! Very clean rooms and delicious huge breakfast. Would definitely stay again!
Wonderfully welcoming, the owners make you feel at home and well taken care of. You can tell that this is a true family hotel where hospitality is not just another word. The breakfast is fabulous, and the late afternoon Turkish tea served by the owners in the garden added warmth to the experience.
There is really nothing we did not like.
Definitely the best hotel during our trip in Turkey. Everything was perfect: the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are nicely decorated with a lot of local features, while the garden is also impressive and beautiful.
It's a lovely house with a small garden, and the owner is really helpful. Location is also good.
Staff very helpful and friendly. Near to centre & restaurants. Coffe tea facilities in room would gave been nice but staff dud provide drinks when asked
Lovely clean hotel close to the main square and mosque. Lovely breakfast, very helpful owner. Eat at the top restaurant recommended in trip advisor if you want great food.
Very hard beds, poor wifi, Muslim town so don't expect alcohol to be received well.
